** Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.


If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.

NO Wood Burning or charcoal use allowed on-site! This is a county regulation and no exceptions can be made.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER THE RING DOORBELL OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION. If guests are found doing so, they will be advised to correct their actions and non-compliance will result in guests being reported to VRBO for this violation.

NO unauthorized pets. For authorized pets, there will be a $100 pet fee and must be approved prior to booking. Pets are also not permitted to be left onsite without supervision, inside or outside.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME

NO SHOES WORN AROUND THE HOUSE UPON ENTRY. Please do not wear shoes around the house. You’re welcome to keep your shoes inside but we ask that you do not wear them around the house to help keep our floors and carpets clean. Inside only shoes such as house shoes or slippers are fine. Thank you!

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS, NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. If we receive noise complaints, your reservation will be immediately canceled and you will be charged $750.

Please refrain from using fireworks on the premises. While stunning, they can pose safety risks and cause disturbances. Your cooperation in not using them is appreciated. Thank you for understanding.

NO MAILBOX ACCESS! Delivery such as Instacart, Doordash and Amazon are acceptable for PORCH DELIVERY ONLY. *Please note that we are not liable for any issues with porch delivery services or any missing items.

Lost keys: $50

Early check-in/late check-out (Time must be pre-approved by Host): $25+ Unauthorized early arrival/late check out will be charged double due to the inconvenience to the cleaning team

Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest

We kindly request refraining from the use of CONFETTI or GLITTER within the property, as their cleanup requires additional time and effort. Please be advised that non-compliance may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50/hour. Thank you!

** Power Outage Policy
Because of the remote mountain setting, occasional utility interruptions may occur. While no refunds will be issued for power outages, we provide emergency supplies in our home for your comfort and safety. These include flashlights, extra batteries, candles, matches/lighters, and basic first-aid items.

OUR OATH TO YOU: "If you do not believe this home is adequately cleaned, and you alert us within the first 24 hours of your stay, we will send a cleaner back out for free!
