This spacious and inviting 3-bedroom home offers breathtaking views of the marsh and your own private dock on our shared 3-acre property. Get ready to visit adorable farm animalsđ, enjoy complimentary kayaks, and experience incredible crabbing, shrimping, and fishing right outside your door. Your private home offers a spacious, bright, and open-concept living experience:
đïž Living Area: Bathed in natural light with multiple patio doors, each offering a spectacular marsh view. You're sure to lose yourself in nature here!
đł Kitchen: A big, functional, and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast.
đïž Bedrooms: Three good-sized bedrooms are tastefully decorated with hotel-quality beds and pillows, guaranteeing you a great night's sleep.
đ» Work & Read Areas: Features a designated work area as well as a comfy reading nook.
âïž Outdoor Living: Covered and screened-in porches offer tons of space to enjoy the outdoors while taking in views of the roaming free-range chickens, other animals, or the serene marsh.
đ Comfort & Charm: All rooms are air-conditioned, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a rustic, natural charm.
đł Outdoor Escape (Shared)
Our 3-acre property is a shared paradise with the owner and two other vacation rentals, offering an abundance of activities and unique encounters:
đ¶ Kayaking & Fishing: Explore Blackbeard Creek in the free kayaks provided, drop a line, or fish for trout right off the shared dock.
đŠ Crabbing & Shrimping: Catch some blue crab and shrimp directly from the yard!
đ„ Campfire Fun: Roast some marshmallows while you sit around a campfire at night.
Farm Life: Enjoy our small hobby farm with a menagerie of adorable farm animals:
đ Fowl: Free-range chickens, roosters (you'll hear one crowing!), and a beautiful duck pond.
đŠ Alpacas: Say hello to our seven alpacas: Muffin, Maple, Mocha, Wally, Big Mama, Elmo, and Albert.
đ Cats: Meet our four friendly cats: Rufus, Charm, Cosmo, and baby Mee-nu.
đŽ Our Star Donkey: Of course, we canât forget our star resident: Donkey the donkey!
đž Selfies: Feel free to take selfies with the animals!
đŹ Wildlife Watching: You might be lucky enough to spot dolphins, otters, or manatees swimming in the marsh.

Guests have exclusive access to their entire home and its private features, plus shared access to parts of the property:
âĄïž Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards.
âŹ ïž Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
đ Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
đĄ Private Home: You have access to your entire "Krab House" home.
đŁ Private Dock: Enjoy your own private dock, just 5 feet from your patio door, perfect for fishing, crabbing, and launching kayaks.
âïž Private Outdoor Areas: Your own screened porch and covered outdoor sitting area are perfect for relaxation.
đ„ Private Fire Pit & BBQ: A private fire pit and charcoal grill are right outside your door for your exclusive use.
đ¶ Free Kayaks: Single, junior, and double kayaks, along with life jackets, are available free of charge for exploring the marsh and Sapelo River.
đČ Outdoor Games: Challenge yourselves with our outdoor Connect 4 game.
đ§ș Shared Laundry Room: A shared laundry room is available in an exterior building on the premises.
đŠ Animal Visits: You're welcome to visit with the animals on the hobby farm. Please do not enter their enclosures without permission.
đŸ Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome certain friendly pets to our property, with a few important guidelines:
đ¶ Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please đ«đ.
đ«đïž No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture or beds. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds.
đČ Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies.
đŹ Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit and for details on pet fees.

We want all our guests to have a wonderful and respectful stay at our Crab House. Please take a moment to review our house rules:
đ§ââïžđ§ââïž Occupancy: No extra guests are permitted beyond the number stated in the reservation without prior approval.
đ Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property.
đParties & Events: No parties or events are permitted unless prior permission is obtained before hand.
đĄ Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Please report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property.
đïž Booking Requirements: A three-night minimum stay applies during long weekends, spring break, summer weekends, and holidays.
đœ Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items.
đ Other Things to Note
đïž Angelica's House of Thrift: Feel free to visit our on-site thrift store, "Angelica's House of Thrift," during your stay!
đ Travel Times: We are located approximately 25 minutes to Brunswick, 35 minutes to Savannah, and 25 minutes to FLETC.
