PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL (19.5' x 37')
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $500 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

PRIVATE OVERSIZED SPA (12' x 6')
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round; however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.
