Aside from a miscommunication about the pool heating which the owners promptly corrected with us, the house is absolutely incredible. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our needs. It is beautifully furnished, clean and has a number of thoughtful touches that sets it apart from other similar properties. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool and hot tub were above the standard. Access to the beach is right across the street and this house is closer to the beach than many beachfront properties where we have stayed. Although the property is on the main street, traffic was fairly light (even in mid-July) and the neighborhood was quiet. Most important, the management company was immediately responsive to any requests that we had. Everyone in the group loved the property.

Consistent and full communication, especially from the concierge services, were so appreciated and very helpful. The house itself was very well appointed with everything you could need (times 2!) and very clean. There was plenty of space for being together and dining for our group of 16 girls, the pool was large, and the location so close to the beach access was great! There was also plenty of room for 10+ cars. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others, as well as any Bask Away property based on my experience with their team. As the planner for the weekend, their help made all the difference! Thank you!

It was nice knowing that even on the cloudy or rainy days, we were somewhere we truly enjoyed being.We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with plenty of room for everyone.

Reviewer Comments: We Rented the Life is Grand for a family reunion of 24 people and we had a great experience with the property and the Bask Away team, we had originally booked another property with Bask Away but there was water damaged that caused that property not to be available and the Bask Away team was amazing at getting us set up with the rental in place of the the other . Also when we couldn’t figure out the gas fireplace them sent a very capable and kind maintenance man over within an hour. They also recommended Sweetpea Photography when we were looking to have a family photo taken and that was an amazing experience as well.
