Downstairs offers a bonus kids room with two twin beds, a children’s bathroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and an impressive adult entertainment space.

Step outside to an expansive upper deck over the water with a natural gas grill, or relax on the brand-new stamped concrete lower patio with shaded seating. The backyard gently slopes down to the shoreline of the historic Mineola Bay, offering direct access to the water.

Guests will have access to the entire lake home other than 1 room in the house, which is the cleaners and owners closet in the basement.

Dogs only are allowed. Max = 2 Dogs. Dogs must be under 50 lbs. No dogs over 50 lbs. There is no fenced in yard, so dogs MUST be on a leash system when outside. Dogs may NEVER roam into the neightbors yards. (There is a pet fee per dog. The pet fee is good for the entire stay.)
