Stay was great. Only issue was pool was under repairs and unavailable during our stay but the property manager was great with communication and walking us through or options.

Fantastic Beach Condo

The condo was fantastic with amazing views. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. It is an easy walk to both the pool and beach. Overall, both the condo and the property is very clean and well-maintained. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate, spacious and in a quiet location.

This unit was spacious and lovely. Well stocked and impeccably clean! It was very peaceful and relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean.

Fun beach weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The inside of the unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The building itself was not appealing but they appear to be starting a renovation project.

Great accommodations

This is a very nice condo in a great location. We previously stayed in a different condo in this same building -- that one was nice and essentially had the same floor plan -- but this corner unit with the additional windows was particularly nice. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen was appointed excellently with everything we needed, and all of the appliances seemed to be fairly new. We will book this unit in the future.

NSB vacay 2019 at Shorehom Condos

The condo was immaculate- Gorgeous view, loved the balcony. Linens and beds were super comfy - Perfect set up for our family of 5. Great beach chairs, towels, well stocked kitchen- everything was so clean and excellent condition. Clean refreshing pool- easy beach access, all excellent! We rented surf boards from Red Dog (great place) and just had a blast. The beach and water were beautiful- great location.

Fantastic get-away in chic oceanfront condo!

We booked this last minute for a family get-away and couldn't have been happier. The condo was exactly as described and super clean, modern, and wonderfully decorated. We fell in love with the breath-taking views and the beach was just divine. This was our first stay in NSB and we will be back. The building itself is older, but they are in the process of giving it some TLC. Condo was updated and very comfortable. Thank you thank you!

Thirteenth Birthday Trip ❤️

The condo was super clean and stocked with the essentials. It’s beautifully decorated and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. There are reinforcements in place throughout the building and on the condo balcony but they did not interfere with our trip or take away from the beauty of the beach in anyway. We would definitely stay again.

AmaZing Birthday Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying in the condo and I must say it does not disappoint!! I choose this condo for the cleanliness, awesome condo with all amenities (all you need) and the Amazing ocean view. The contactless check in and check out process...and the great communication with property managers make this my spot to come and enjoy a peaceful getaway with my husband. We celebrated his 50th birthday in the best way during a pandemic!!! He was very happy and pleased!!! We will be back!!!!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Super clean, very spacious, plenty of things to fulfill your needs in the kitchen, Plenty of items for beach use, etc. Condo is beautiful and updated. Was a great experience! Only issues we experienced, was the elevator had operational issues during our stay and there are additional support beams that have been added everywhere throughout the buildings. But you still get a great view from the wrap around balcony and it was beautiful. This however, did not affect our stay at all and I would visit again. Thank you.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Could be a nice property...but it has ugly galvanized poles every 3 feet supporting the balcony...the management company was not helpful saying there was a notice on the VRBO site...the notice did not disclose the extent of the impact on the property...would NOT recommend.

Al, we are very saddened that we could not earn your 5 star review. We always want our guests to have the best experience possible and work hard to be transparent about the accommodations. We prepare our guests for the shoring poles at the property by including information in the listing as well as in an additional email that goes out at the time of booking. All of our affected condos have also been priced appropriately for any inconvenience. As you can see by the prior 5 star reviews, we have had many guests enjoy the condo this year while the poles were present without them negatively affecting their experience. We encourage our guests to ask questions if there is anything unclear in our listings. Our guest services team is available every day of the week to answer questions, help with bookings, and to provide any assistance needed while at our condos.

FABULOUS

We had a small hiccup , but the property manager, Tom, and the staff, Bridget, at VRBO were excellent at helping us navigate thru our hiccup to make sure we had a fabulous time. Thank you Tom and Bridget for making our family stay so incredibly nice. The power of good customer service is amazing. We’ll be back to see you again.

Came in to a Flood

I went into the master bath at about 10pm and stepped into water. There was also standing water next to the tub. I cleaned up and saw it was coming from the shower. I packed towels around and called the manager first thing next morning. She said someone would be out shortly. Someone came hours later. He came 3 separate times, and could not fix the leak so he arranged the shower curtain to contain the water from leaking so bad. Management said they'd phone when they heard about the part needed. No one phoned, and that evening I was finally able to reach them to hear that it would not be fixed for my visit and I couldn't use the master bath tub. I washed all the rugs and cleaned the floor. The also couldn't fix the main bathroom light, which was out. I didn't' think I should be charged the rate I was charged to not use the bathroom, but management wouldn't discuss it. I feel I should be compensated for having to stay in for 3 hours for maintenance, have no use of the shower, and have to clean all the mess. If I left a mess to be cleaned, the condo rules that I signed said I would be responsible to pay for it. This should apply the other way around.

Constance, we are saddened and confused to receive this 2 star review. We were in constant contact with you during your stay and had our maintenance staff out multiple times to assist with the minor leak coming from the shower faucet. While our staff member was there he informed you that a part would need to be ordered and that the shower was usable if the curtain was property tucked into the shower. When you called him back, the shower was half turned on causing the leak to be worse and the shower curtain was untucked. We always do what we can to repair maintenance items during our guests stay however, when parts need to be ordered, this is not always possible for a weekend renter. Both showers were operational and the guest shower was available if you were concerned for the leak. Not once did our staff refuse to speak with you or to discuss any of your concerns. The shower and the electrical issue with the one light in the bathroom have since been fixed and are fully operational for future renters. “Beach Wishes” from the Florida Vacay Team

Fantastic location

The condo is very nice with beautiful views of the ocean. The pool water was perfect I would definitely recommend!
