Villa Coral Sunset is a modern vacation home with clear, elegant architecture and a generous living space of approximately 2578 sqft. The property is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Cape Coral, just a few minutes' drive from shops, restaurants, and beaches. Its direct location on the canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico makes the villa particularly attractive for guests who want to explore the region from the water.

A special highlight is the west-facing terrace. Thanks to this orientation, guests can enjoy pure sunshine in the afternoon and evening, before the day ends with atmospheric sunsets, which can be experienced directly from the pool or from the cozy seating area by the water. The house was comfortably designed on one level; three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds and TVs, offer ample space for up to six people. The three bathrooms are modernly furnished, one of which has direct access to the pool area. Light tiled floors and large windows emphasize the airy feeling throughout the house.

The open-plan living and dining area forms the focal point of the villa. Tasteful furnishings with comfortable seating and high-quality decor create a harmonious ambiance. The outdoor kitchen also makes it easy to prepare delicious snacks and meals right by the pool. A covered seating area with a TV allows for outdoor movie nights, while the waterfront tiki hut offers a shady retreat overlooking the canal. The private boat dock allows guests to rent a boat and launch directly from the house. From here, excursions to Sanibel Island, Captiva, or along the stunning Florida coastline are easily accessible.

Technical amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer. Another advantage of the villa is the separate office. This room is functionally furnished and offers a quiet workspace with a view of the greenery – ideal for guests who don't want to completely abandon their professional obligations while on vacation, or who simply appreciate a private area to work or read.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside. The pool area is monitored by cameras.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
