Five minute drive to Flitch Coffee Shop, Feel Good Pilates Austin, 10 minute Uber to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport.

The open layout and comfortable furnishings of this luxury home are incredibly inviting. Play your favorite tune on the piano or curl up on the couches to enjoy a good film. Home chefs will enjoy cooking their favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The breakfast bar offers seating for two and a full, formal dining room can be found just off of the kitchen to comfortably seat eight. To the right is a laundry closet housing the washer and dryer as well as the Master bedroom fitted with a King sized bed, a Twin sized bunk bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower. To the left of the stairs are two guest bedrooms each fitted with a Queen sized bed and room darkening shades. A full bathroom is located between the two guest bedrooms.

Large private front yard, fenced in backyard, and side yard available for outdoor enjoyment with Charcoal Grill, fire pit, and seating.

This house is not a party house, and the occupancy will be monitored through outdoor security cameras and sound decibel meter. City of Austin requires quiet times between 10:30PM and 7AM.
