Situé dans un quartier calme avec accès PROCHE & FACILE à l'I-25!

Bienvenue dans votre maison COLORADO! C'est votre point de départ idéal pour visiter Colorado Springs. Cette maison de 2500 pieds carrés a un plan d'étage de style ranch avec seulement 1 ensemble d'escaliers jusqu'au sous-sol fini au rez-de-jardin qui a beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Décoré avec goût et entièrement meublé avec des meubles confortables. La grande cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée et prête à préparer des repas maison. Essayez une partie de hockey sur air ou regardez HBO! Cour arrière entièrement clôturée avec terrasse, terrasse en béton, terrasse et barbecue au propane. Il y a même une salle de jeux / balançoire pour les enfants.

Home AFA GAME

The owners were very responsive and accommodating with a special request. Lots of kitchen cookware and other essentials provided. Fantastic location for game day at AFA. The house was perfect for an after game gathering place for our son and several of his fellow cadets. They loved the house and encouraged us to rent it for our next game!

Great Rental

Absolutely amazing location. We had everything around us and amazing views and limited traffic so that was great. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the downstairs area and me and my wife were able to relax in the upstairs living room. Loved the view from the kitchen as we ate. Backyard was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent proximity to USAFA!

We stayed here for 3 days while dropping our son off for In-Processing Day at the US Air Force Academy. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the North Gate Entrance. Also, plenty of restaurant options in the near vicinity. We didn't need all of the space, but it would be a great option for multiple families, with three upstairs bedrooms and three downstairs sleeping areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware/silverware, plus some condiments/spices. We would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Colorado Springs.

Great Vacation House for multi-generation family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for the week. The grandkids had plenty to do with the backyard play equipment, the basketball hoop in the basement, toys and books to read and cable tv. Chad and Liz were very responsive to our questions and requests. They have thought of everything one might need while on vacation saving us trips to the local store for this and that. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet, and location was great to enjoy what Colorado Springs has to offer. I would highly recommend this house for muliti-generation families based on our experience.

A great retreat!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Lots of comfy beds, plenty of chairs at the large dinning table for our big family, plenty of towels, nice, quiet area. We just really enjoyed the experience.

Perfect in every way!

This place is clean and ready for a relaxing stay. Plenty of commodore of home to ease into an R&R state of mind. We had plenty of room to spread out but yet all hang out together. We will make this our Colorado Springs Home for all our future stays. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with, bathrooms have nice fluffy towels and the linens are quality. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Propert managers were helpful.

Location was perfect. House was clean. Owners answered the two questions I had in minutes. The gaming equipment and swings made for a happy grandchild. Being 900 ft from the niece’s house made it real convenient.

Affordable & spacious

Perfect place for a large group and affordable! The property has everything you need, though we did wish there was coffee creamer, 😅. Honestly otherwise it was exactly as listed. Very easy access to the highway, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of shopping & restaurants within 5 minutes or less. Awesome spot!

Amazing home for family vacation

This home was everything we needed for our family vacation. There was room for everyone and games for the kids to play downstairs.. It was close to many attractions in the area as well as conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.

Family Trip to CO Springs

We rented this house for a visit to CO Springs. And thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Conveniently located right off 25 - Close to grocery stores - Very well stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware and spices) - Works great for families (downstairs was great for kids) In addition, Liz was terrific to work with and responded to the few questions we had very quickly and accommodating our short notice early check in to the best of her ability. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit in the future.

Great house with plenty of space

We were in town for a wedding with our 2 teenage children and 2 small dogs. Communication and check-in process were great. We arrived and found everything as described. Only minor detail was that we had to rewash some of the dishes, because they were greasy coming out of the cabinet, and there was some black mold in the washing machine. Other than that, everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels available, internet worked fine. The house would sleep 14-16 people, so under-utilized it quite a bit. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway and the Air Force Academy. 2 car garage to park was perfect to store the bikes as well. There was plenty of space for our dogs to run around outside, the kids thought it was great that they had their own TV downstairs. We had a great stay, no problems, can definitely recommend it.

Wedding Weekend

The house was absolutely perfect for my group who were there for my daughter's wedding. Everyone had their own bedroom, the kids really enjoyed the basketball game in the basement, and the patio area was amazing! We cooked breakfast in the beautiful spacious kitchen which was fun to cook for my family. Thank you so much to Liz and Chad for being so accommodating to all our needs.

We recently purchased this property to fill a need for furnished short term, vacation rentals in this area. We spent 3 weeks remodeling this house mostly by ourselves in order to make it a home that we would want to stay in with our children and relatives. It's a great, family friendly neighborhood. We live nearby and have become very fond of the North area of Colorado Springs and we hope you do too.
