Very nice and clean one bedroom condo. Easy check in and out.Perfect instructions and everything was clearly labeled. Lots of thoughtful extras from the owners. Enjoyed the balcony and closeness to Coligny Plaza. Can’t wait to come back.

Great overall stay! Excellent proximity to beach and Coligny Plaza. Unit was extremely clean and meticulously organized, with labels inside cabinets and on surfaces for what goes where. Host kept us posted on all aspects of room readiness and even checked in to make sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 20th anniversary! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into making the stay easy and enjoyable. We loved the location, morning beach walks, and being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful experience. Location is right next to anything you could need, one of the best beach areas on the island, and probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed at.

Everything about our stay was perfect! It was an amazing place to spend the week for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and very organized. A lot of attention to detail throughout. It had everything we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The hosts reached out multiple times and were very quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was just as they said it would be. It was clean, close to the beach, and sitting on the balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The decor was beautiful and beachy! They thought of everything and all the small touches were much appreciated. They were responsive to all our need and even checked in with us mid week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Can’t say enough good things about this property. It is a must stay when on HHI!! I give them all 5 stars!!

Our stay was fantastic! The codo was very clean, and it was perfectly set up for comfort and relaxation. Ideally located to all popular spots in Hilton Head and only a short walk to the beach area.My wife and I loved kicking back on the sofa after a day at the beach. Though we took advantage of dining out several times for some great local seafood, we also enjoyed preparing some meals in the well equipped kitchen. Cathy (host) ensured we got checked in ok, and she was quick to answer any questions. It was simply an awesome week! We highly recommend staying here.

Easy communications with the host.Unit itself was immaculate and beautifully appointed.Anything you would need in the kitchen was well provided.Nice balcony and partial view of the ocean made it very nice place to relax and have coffee in the morning.Beach umbrella and chairs and complimentary beach towels available for use.We really enjoyed our stay on HHI and planning to come back.FV Zimmermans.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was lovely, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. The host truly thought of everything, from makeup wipes and laundry detergent to beach chairs and umbrellas, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find.The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and Coligny Plaza. There were a couple of small discrepancies with the listing, but the host went above and beyond to make it right, which we really appreciated.We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!
