This condo is privately owned and operated, separate from the resort. Please note: this property is not affiliated with the South Seas Resort hotel program. While resort-exclusive amenities—such as the resort pool with waterslides, private pitch and putt golf course, reserved beach chairs, and hotel restaurants—are available only to hotel guests, there are still plenty of fabulous amenities, shops, and activities to ensure an unforgettable beach vacation.

You’ll have access to the pools just steps from your unit, along with nearby tennis and pickleball courts.

The beach is a short, easy walk along paved paths leading to a boardwalk straight to the shoreline—approximately 5–10 minutes to the beachfront near the Beach Villas. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are thoughtfully provided for your convenience. You may also take advantage of our optional luxury beach chair service, where chairs, a cooler, and chilled water are delivered and set up for you right on the sand—and packed up at the end of the day.
