Welcome to our coastal retreat in Virginia Beach! This relaxing, spacious getaway features 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 single bed, and is ideal for families wanting a dreamy beach vacation. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a balcony with gorgeous ocean views. Located only steps from the sand and with easy access to local hotspots, this home has it all!
THE SPACE:
Welcome home! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing beach escape! Nestled in a vibrant, walkable area in Virginia Beach, this bright and breezy home offers stunning ocean views, modern comforts, and easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the iconic boardwalk.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:
Accommodations for up to 4 guests, featuring:
- 1 King bed in the primary suite
- 1 Queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom
Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip, including:
- Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and cooking essentials
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows
- Private oceanfront balcony â perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails
- Free parking for 1 car
- Elevator access for easy entry (no stairs required)
- Beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella, and a few toys!)
Situated right on Atlantic Avenue, youâll be close to the best spots in the area, including:
- The Virginia Beach Boardwalk â just steps away
- Neptuneâs Park â live music, festivals, and the iconic Neptune statue
- Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center â fun for all ages
- First Landing State Park â hiking, biking, and nature trails just a short drive away
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE/HOUSE RULES:
*There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
*This home is not pet friendly. Any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.
*No smoking allowed (vaping, weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the max guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than the maximum occupants in the home at any one time (maximum occupants is shown on the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum amount of guests, including any visitors not staying the night. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our homeâs suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
