Fabulous house in a great neighborhood

Our checkin was very simple. Bill had everything in the house a family with kids or without kids would be ready to relax or go see the sites. We absolutely had Avery good time at many baseball games. Grocery stores were very close. My wife and would not hesitate to stay there again.

You will be surprised when you rent this house!

We highly recommend this Phenomenal home, Centrally located in surprise, when we walk through the door, we instantly felt the love that was put into the home. Every per piece of furniture is extremely comfortably in the home. Met all of our needs in the kitchen , including the plasticware that you could take outside to the pool side. The backyard is an oasis with the swimming pool, barbecue . Very relaxing!

Everything we could ask for

Surprise is a nice quiet community with easy access to other areas The Home backs onto a school and has a children’s park across from the front yard. Lots of space in the house, the yard, and the surrounding area The house is well equipped and very well furnished, with a wonderful pool. And the rental process was simple! Thanks for taking that worry away!! I will be inviting more family for my next Phoenix area holiday at this home.

Hassle free and turn key is what my home will provide every tenant. The recently added decorations and some accent furniture has really made my house feel more like a home. And the new brick patio being constructed this week will make the back yard even more guest friendly.

Great family vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Arizona vacation and this home certainly played a big part in making us feel welcome. The house was even better than the pictures show. All the furniture seemed brand new and the house was very clean and comfortable. The rental process was simple (we paid by cheque) and we felt comfortable as we talked with the owner on a few occasions. All questions were answered. The owner Bill was very responsive to any minor request, without question. Surprise offers lots of activities, which we enjoyed. We also liked the fact that the traffic was light and the area was quiet. There was lots of quality shopping! Our day trips to Wickenberg and Sedona were fantastic. There was lots to do in and around Surprise too, including hiking, golf, tennis, baseball Spring Training and simply enjoying the pool in the back yard and the quiet neighborhood. We will have more family join us on our next trip; we sure hope this home is available! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will most certainly return. Thanks again!

Could Not Have Been Better

My wife and I enjoyed the month of January at Bill's home in Surprise Farms immensely. The house is huge and would be ideal for a group who may be visiting the Valley of the Sun for touring, enjoying the sports and entertainment scene, golfing, or just hanging out. It is very central for anything on the west side and particularly close to Gila Arena (10 mins.) for the Coyotes and the same distance to State Farm Stadium, formerly U. of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Az. Cardinals. Even downtown Phoenix is only 30 mins. away and Sky Harbor airport about 20 mins. away, though the !-10 can be a real bottleneck at times, especially around 4 p.m. and later. Access via the 303 and I-10 make travel quick and easy. There are lots of fine golf courses nearby and plenty of restaurants, from fast food to more up scale dining. Bill was great to deal with, very accomodating and quick to respond to any questions, requests, etc. His helper, Paul, is close by and very quick to respond to any questions too.My wife and I would highly recommend Bill's home to any couple or group for an enjoyable stay. Thanks, Bill, for everything.

What a wonderful home. We enjoyed our stay. The house was the most equipped vacation rental we have had...first house with an iron and ironing board! The most important thing is the bed which was very comfortable. Will rent again if available for our dates. Definitely a five star.

Our stay was extremely memorable! The pictures did not do this place justice. Bills home is beautiful inside and out. He checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay multiple times. The pool was super nice! I cannot wait to come back and enjoy this home again.

We are a family of four who simply love Surprise and the Phoenix area. I am a retired CPA, having owned my own business for 30 years. My wife has been a teacher and human resource specialist, also recently retiring. Honesty and integrity are of critical importance to us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Surprise is a wonderful quiet suburb with lots of activities, shopping and dining. My home has a small park across the front street, and a school yard behind the house. The house has all new furniture, beds, flooring and paint. My neighbors are wonderful folks who take pride in their homes and personal relationships. You will have a fantastic rental experience with tremendous service.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My home is beautifully equipped with new furniture, inside and out. The southwest facing back yard receives lots of bright sun, which makes sitting by the pool or taking a dip all the more enjoyable. There are two very nice outdoor dining areas, one under a nice overhang and the other with a circular granite table and comfortable seating.
The yard is well landscaped with both cactus and other plants, all on an irrigation system.

The inside furniture is very comfortable and inviting. All couches and chairs are new and good quality. The granite counter tops and island make the kitchen stand out. A very large dining room table easily accommodates 8 guests. An office with a desk and fold out sofa makes for a quiet workspace or a separate bedroom.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious, each with closets.
