Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes twin-over-full bunk beds and a desk.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, backyard access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Hot Tub is for owner use only, not for guest use.

• Garage and driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.

• This home does not have A/C.

• This home is equipped with four (4) security cameras;

o (1) located outside the front of the home and actively monitoring the front yard

o (2) located outside the front of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located outside the front door and actively monitoring the entry, front porch, and front yard,

o (4) located inside the home at the entryway and actively monitoring the interior entry.

Guests staying at the property have access to 6 passes that gain access to the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Short-Term Tenant Cards are not required for public amenities. Short-Term Tenants are always welcome at the public amenities. Public rates apply.
