Peaceful 1-bed house, with sizeable kitchen and single bathroom.
There is a bedroom and bathroom up the stairs, and the kitchen/dining area downstairs.
You will have full access to the bedroom, the bathroom/toilet, the staircase, and the kitchen/dining room.

There is a storage room that is locked (we might need to access it occasionally but we will always check with you before).

It's only a storage room, no one else is staying there. It's NOT a bedroom - just storage.

The house is located off the main road around the corner, which is perfect if you don't want to be disturbed by the noise from the traffic.

This place has free Wifi and free private parking.

Luton town centre is a 15 min drive where you can find restaurants, cafes, cinemas and pubs.

Luton airport is also a 15-minute drive.

Leagrave Train Station is about a 20-minute walk from the flat.

You also have two supermarkets around the corner, about a 5-minute walk from the flat.

Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender.

We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Sundon Park is a quiet, friendly Luton neighborhood near green spaces like Barton Hills & Hoo Bit, great for local walks, while nearby attractions include ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, historic Luton Hoo Estate, and culture at Stockwood Discovery Centre, plus family fun at Woburn Abbey, offering nature, history, and activities for all ages in Bedfordshire.
