Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath & hand towels, and special black cloths for makeup removal.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For larger families, sofa beds are available in the master and the living room (please note these are sofa beds, not enclosed bedrooms).

Additional fee: $50 per guest, per night for groups over 6 guests.

Please avoid flushing paper products (home uses a septic system). We care for this home with love and ask our guests to do the same, so everyone can enjoy this oasis at its best.

House rules & notes

* This is a non-smoking property. Violating this rule will incur a $500 fine.

Built in 1979 and fully renovated with love, this home is designed to create unforgettable memories. Please care for it as if it were your own.

Pool service is every Saturday from 10–11 a.m. You may see the technician during this time — it’s part of keeping the pool clean and ready for everyone to enjoy!

Other Things to Note

Respect the home & neighbors

* No parties, events, or receptions are allowed.

* Please keep music and noise at a moderate level, especially between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. to maintain a peaceful environment.

Fishing guidelines

* Guests are welcome to fish, but please do not cook fish inside the home. Use the BBQ grill or fire pit instead.

* Dispose of fish waste only in the trash bin located on the left side of the house (never in the canal, as this may attract wildlife).

Property rules

* Maximum 4 vehicles, parked only in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Parking on the lawn is not permitted.

* Swimming in the canal is not allowed.

Safety & equipment

* Use of the pool, kayaks, grill, and fire pit is at your own risk.

* Life vests are provided and must be worn when kayaking. Please return kayaks and gear to their original place after use.

Supplies

* A starter kit of basic supplies (toiletries, kitchen essentials) is provided. Once used, guests are responsible for replenishing their own supplies.
