Welcome to your own personal tree house, 100 steps to the beach, with amazing views of the intercoastal, the beach, and a mangrove colony. There is a pool on site and free parking, and you are walking distance to Smugglers Cove putt putt golf, Caddys Beach Restaurant, Ice Cream (Right next door!), Convenience stores, etc. Our professionally designed space is peaceful, as well as the porch, spanning the width of the unit. There are 3 smart TVs in the home as well as Wifi, and a full washer and dryer (Laundy Solution Provided!) The unit is fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, a wagon and an Umbrella! We are also family friendly with a pack and play, books, some toys, and a high chair.*** There is not an elevator, so you have to go up stairs to get to the unit.***

Excellent location!

Great location, close to restaurants and icecream. Beach was a short walk across the street. Very comfortable condo with nice decor. There were some old elements that could use updating. Overall it was a pleasant stay and well appointed. Nice beach chairs to use and plenty of towels.

Outstanding Property & Host

This place has a wonderful location and is gorgeous. We stayed here for my brother’s wedding and had the perfect venue for a smaller rehearsal dinner with family. The host was fantastic to deal with and the place was well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Highly recommend this one!

Great place to stay in Indian Shores

We had a few family members in town for an event and stayed at the condo for three nights. The place was tastefully decorated with a lot of cool little touches everywhere. The location could not be beat if you're looking for something that is in close proximity to everything you would need but also don't feel like you're in the middle of spring break. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect beach house

Everything was perfect and convenient. The house porch was nice to hangout and have breakfast at. The beach was just a walk away, it was nice that Jeff had beach accessories that made the beach trip way more fun and relaxing.

Awesome beach vacation

The place was awesome! Very spacious, comfortable and classy. We had everything we needed to cook, shower and go to the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Best thing was how close we had the beach and several great restaurants and a beautiful view from the lanai. Great place overall.

Awesome Getaway

Immaculate, comfortable, very well equipped and very close to the cleanest beach ever!..The condo was spacious and perfect for our annual Girls Getaway. Quiet area, very nice pool. Only issue was that neighbors were smoking on their balconies & in parking areas which prevented us from enjoying our balcony.

Great Location!

The property was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to a grocery store or restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowels, cups and cooking ware. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were available to use. The place was very clean upon arrival and had plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were a bonus to have. We all had a good time and would rent this place again.

The place was very nice and close walk to beach. Very family friendly area. Our only suggestion for this property would be curtains over the sliding doors. A/C was having a hard time keeping up from all the sunlight from the two sets of sliding doors.

Great stay!!

Condo was clean and well furnished. The only thing I was missing was a hand mixer because we wanted to make a homemade birthday cake while we were there, but everything else was so wonderful that I bought one and left it for everyone else to use if needed. Beds were comfy too, which is great. Only real down side is it's 3 flights of stairs to the top, so carrying luggage and chairs / beach stuff up and down is rough. I recommend just keeping beach stuff in your car when not in use.

We really enjoyed everything about this property and location. Access to the beach was so close and easy that you can just walk back to grab something you forgot or use the bathroom. Walkable to a number of coffee/food/drink locations. Space worked very well for our group of 8. Communications with host were prompt and pleasant. The only thing I might say in terms of improvement, more of an upgrade really, is more comfy deck furniture. We spent so much time out there each day!

great birthday weekend

Overall the stay was great! The place was cute and just like the pictures! The owner was pleasant and quick to respond when reached out to him. The only real negative was the place struggled to cool down. I think it is because there are no shades or curtains in front of sliders. It heated up during the day and took forever to cool down. Unfortunately the loft area was too warm for the girls to enjoy. In spite of that everything else was perfect!

A great spot, BUT a bit misleading…

Overall great property, everything was clean, updates were nice, great location and beach chairs/umbrella were provided which was great for us! 5/5 would recommend! *NOTE* my only issue is the listing is definitely misleading….This property is advertised 3 bedroom/2 bathroom. This IS NOT the case, this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a loft….This wasn’t an issue for us per it was three friends getting away for a weekend. But be advised this property is only 2 bedrooms, I reached out to the owner and suggested he make the listing reflective of this because I was completely sidelined upon entering the property.

The pool was great! The room was clean. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher soap available. It would have been nice to know that there were 32 stair steps to get up to our door.
