✔ 3 bedrooms for up to 10 guests: That’s right, there’s room for everybody: you, your parents, your uncle who insists on bringing his new girlfriend, and all of the good cousins. Two bedrooms have two queen beds, while one primary suite houses a king bed.

✔ 3 bathrooms: Spacious vanities across 3 bathrooms keep all morning, post-beach, pre-dinner, and bedtime routines running smoothly. No bumping elbows here!

✔ 15th-floor balcony: We all love having morning coffee (or your decaf tea of choice) on the balcony. But coffee on a high floor with a clear view of the horizon? That just adds an extra “je-ne-sais-quoi,” doesn’t it?

✔ Beachfront condo: All right, we’ve admired the view from the balcony long enough. Let’s get to the beach A.S.A.P. Luckily, there’s a boardwalk leading directly to the beach from the building so you can get your toes into the sand PRONTO.

We know you need more than a half-full soap pump and one roll of toilet paper for your stay. All Grand Welcome Orange Beach rental homes come thoroughly stocked with a 5-day supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry detergent, hand soap, and all of those little things you shouldn’t have to think about while on vacation. Taking inventory of household essentials sounds like a chore for back home–get back to napping on the beach, knowing you’re fully stocked for your stay!



★COFFEE + TEA BARS IN EVERY HOME★

Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.



Guest Access:

This is a private home that’s all yours during your stay! This home is on the 15th floor of a building with an elevator.



You can park up to 2 cars in the garage for this building. Parking passes can be purchased via a QR code in the parking garage. Passes cost $55 per vehicle and are not included in the cost of your reservation (Take note that the cost of this parking pass will be $65 if the parking pass is purchased on the day of check-in, we will send you a link to register your cars and pay for your parking passes a few days before check-in).



Please note that you will also need to visit the service desk when you arrive to pick up wristbands, which you will need to access the building’s amenities.



You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. You can purchase up to two parking passes (for two cars) during your stay.



More travelers can now reliably fly into the Orange Beach area! Allegiant Airlines offers nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport. Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.



Some rideshare services may be available on demand, depending on availability. Ask us about shuttle, ferry, and party bus rental options, too!
