- POOL HEATING:

The Pool can be heated for $90/day. We need to be informed at least THREE days in advance that you are requesting pool heating. The highest temp the pool can get to is 82 degrees, but can not be guaranteed in the coldest days of the year. When the temperature gets below 40 degrees, the pool can usually be heated to the high 70s. Pool heating is required for the entire length of the stay.



Board games are located in the closet next to the work desk.



Yard workers and pest control services may access the property during your stay.
