For the comfort of guests, this apartment has a large bathroom with bathtub and social bathroom.
Among the amenities of the building are the swimming pool, the gym, the games room with a pool table, and the laundry on each floor. The washing and drying machines work with a washing card, which is delivered at the time of check-in and is charged by the guest according to their needs.

2 weeks: USD 100.
3 weeks: USD 125.
4 weeks: USD 150

– FOB
KEYS Management requires a key for every two people over the age of 13 for the common areas of the building. Each key costs U$30. Non-refundable.
– I RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGES
The building receives packages within the dates of the stay of registered passengers, and charges U$ 7 for each package received. They must be in the name of the person who picks it up.
They are paid at the building administration, at the time of check-in, by credit or debit card only. We are not responsible if there are variations in the values charged by the Building.

Upon check-in, a USD 300 cash deposit is required as a security deposit, which is refundable at the end of the stay.
