A home away from home. Nice backyard garden.Would be nice to have loungers in back along with the chairs. Also not used to no TV in bedrooms.

We chose to keep the bedrooms TV-free to make them restful, peaceful spaces, and the 55” Smart living room TV is there whenever you want it. Very nice house and they offered lots of help, but the sliding back door was stuck and one or two of the lights were out. Everything else was great!

Hi Eli, We have a detailed turnover process, which includes verifying all light and bulbs are working. These were checked before your arrival and again after your departure all lights are working properly- as listed there are two lights that are in timers the corner sofa table lamp in the living room and the table lamp by the fireplace- these are on timers to welcome guest that arrive later in the evening or early morning guest. (These both also checked out working properly before and after your arrival.) The back sliding door has two latches as described in the home instructions- the upper latch at the handle and the lower knob on the track that needs to be pulled - This has also been checked and is sliding and working properly. If you could assists us in identifying which or what you had issues that would be helpful. At no time during your stay did you communicate there was any issues, with any lights or the back door. Thank you for your help to resolve. As we take great pride in providing a comfortable welcoming home for all our guests. Kindly, Anita

This house and property are beautiful! The house was spotless and the backyard was very inviting. My friend visiting from Missouri was thrilled to pick fresh lemons and oranges from the trees in the backyard. We baked a lemon dessert and I was surprised to find a handmixer and the right size baking dish in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. This property is in a great location. We enjoyed the Jelly Belly Factory and a drive through Napa. We had such a nice time that we are already planning a trip back next year.Our host was quick to respond to our requests and questions.

Thank you, Anita, for another wonderful stay during our recent three-night trip to Six Flags. We really enjoyed the homey setting, comfortable furniture, and the layout of the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a private master suite is always a nice touch, and the well-stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal prep.As a traveler who prefers keeping windows and slider doors open for fresh air, I did wish for more screens. If you're a light sleeper, the train whistles throughout the night may awaken you, but not my husband. However, for anyone unbothered by those factors, the home is very suitable and comfortable.This was our second stay, and we plan to return annually. We are grateful for our wonderful host, Anita, for being so responsive and helpful with several of our inquiries, and her attention to detail regarding my requested fragrance-free setting. Check in and check out was a breeze, and I especially love that guests are not required to strip the bedding :)

‪It was our honor to host all of you once again. We try to make it easier for our guests by stripping the beds after each stay. We love hearing the train in the distant background—both grandfathers worked for Southern Pacific many years ago. It’s also great to hop on a train to visit the CA State Capitol in Sacramento or catch a ball game at Sutter Health Park (formerly Raley Field) in West Sacramento, home of the Sacramento River Cats, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants in the Pacific Coast League. It also serves as the temporary home for the Oakland Athletics while they await their new stadium in Las Vegas. Easy on/easy off in the heart of Sacramento next to Old Town. Next time, check it out—the train ride is a quick 40-minute trip. Or head to Jack London Square for more fun adventures along CapitolCorridor.org.‬ ‪Thank you for being great guests, and we look forward to hosting you again next year!‬
