Glen & his group were easy to work with and fun to communicate with. They were very thoughtful and took care of our home like it was theirs. Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. We appreciate you letting us know about your stay and concerns and we thank you for staying with us! We strive to make sure our home has everything it needs for our guest when they arrive, and continue to add and adjust things as more and more people give us feedback. As always, everyone has different expectations and requirements, and with those we continue to work and adjust to the different opinions and needs. Without feedback like this, we can't continue to improve our home for our guests, Thank you! The 4th bedroom is smaller than the others and the bunk beds are designed for kids or young adults, so we are sorry if you did not see the pictures that we have posted on our site that show the bunk beds and the 4th bedroom. As for the mattresses, we replace them 2 years ago and we have had 30 or 40 guests sleep on them over the last 2 year after we replacing them and no one else has had an issue or complained about them, but I will personally inspect them and sleep on them when I go out to check on my home at the end of September. If there is an issue I will replace them again. My cleaning personnel and I try to make sure that all supplies are stocked for each guest so that they have the basics to get them started on their vacation. We always supply household items such as 2 paper towels for the kitchen, Dish washing detergent, dish soap for the kitchen, 3 or 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a 3 or 4 night stay ( more if it's a week), garbage bags, light bulbs, batteries for remote, hand soap at each sink for washing your hands, even shampoo & conditioner in case you forgot yours. I will email the customer and get specifics on what needed to be replaced by them and when to see what was missing or depleted in the above supplies. I am sorry that you ran into these concerns but I will work with my cleaning group to get them addressed. Sincerely, Bob

Dear Home Away, These people are nothing but complainers and lairs. From the minute they checked in they started complaining and moaning about the Cleaning cost "Being to High!" & then I started getting complaints from them about everything. First they complained there was 1 crumb in the refrigerator. Then the last renter and my cleaning lady forgot to check the Coffee maker, there was a coffee filter left in the coffee maker, so that was the only real issue. Then they started looking for anything that was broken in the house , like 1 of the hooks in the dishwasher (by the way 50 people who have stayed there before not one of complained about the dishwasher). They are lying about not offering to do anything. I have texts to prove it. When they called me I offered to have my cleaning lady come back over and fix & clean the coffee filter and they declined. They said they wanted money off the cleaning fee and I told them I couldn't do that at that time due to it was only 1 thing and I'm offering to take care off fixing the issue. All they wanted was money back and looking for things to try to get some of the cleaning cost back. My question to them, 'If you went around my home and pointed out everything that was wrong in the first Hour when u arrived, why did they not spot the 2 Spots on The Carpet? Why if they were pointing out every little thing that was broken or not totally clean in my house did they ignore the rugs and the spots that were very evident to my cleaning lady as soon as she walked in? I have pictures I can share if you would like to see them. Also, they broke was the lease agreement. I have in my lease agreement: NO PETS! They had a dog or other animal in the house because there was hair all over the rugs and couches. My cleaning people tried to get it all off, but couldn't before the next guest came in the house. IT was terrible. One spot looks like pee stains from a pet, the other spot looks like a red color of a drink or wine that they spilled on the carpet. So neither spot was there before they arrived, & my cleaning lady reported it right away to me when they left. Also, the next guest arrived on August 15th wrote to me & said there was still dog hair on one of the carpet. I have that complaint that I can provide if need. I believe these people try to scam you to get whatever money they can back by 'inventing' things and looking for things to complain about.They are terrible renter! DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE! Claire and her group were very nice and accommodating to work with along with being easy to communicate with before and during their stay. They took care of my home like it was their own and were nice enough to do lots of extra things like stripping the beds for the cleaning lady's. I totally enjoyed having them as my guests and would enjoy having them return in the future. Thank you for being outstanding & caring renters!
