The space
The Studio is the Master Bedroom of the home that was sealed off and separated from the rest of the property. It is very spacious and has its own private entrance.

In the suite, there is a Queen sized bed with a comfy medium plush mattress. A 65” 4K Smart TV with access to most streaming services. Mini fridge, microwave, and entertainment center storage. A dedicated workspace area with desk, ergonomic chair, and built in charging outlets.

Large Walk-in Closet with hangers and hanging storage, along with an extra pillow and blanket. The room is kept at 70 degrees at all times of the day.

Bathroom comes equipped with hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels will be found freshly washed on top of the bed based on # of registered guests.

Please note booking profile must match the name of the guest checking in, and all guests must be registered in the booking. This is not a pet friendly home due to medical reasons.

Guest access
You will have access to the 1 bed, 1 bath studio along with the outdoor area between the carport and Studio entrance.

Other things to note
With South Florida Tropical climate, bugs outdoors are very common along with Iguanas, lizards, and other animals. They are very quick to come inside if the door is left open.

The property is directly in front of CW Thomas Park which is open to public however currently undergoing renovation.
