Belle maison de transport de la disposition de studio. Situé juste en face de la plage les tribunaux de tennis de romarin et une courte promenade de 300 verges à la plage. Carriage House est fini avec des meubles haut de gamme, les appareils et accessoires. Lit queen size et un canapé de 7 pieds (ne pas tirer) disponible pour dormir. La maison de transport est conçu pour les couples, mais le canapé peut être utilisé confortablement pour un enfant ou adulte de petite taille.

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I took a quick trip to Rosemary beach and had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. It’s the perfect location with a quick bike ride or walk to the beach and square. The hosts are wonderful.

The location and size of the house was perfect for us! The owner was so kind and so very easy to work with! Perfect walking distance to the beach and Rosemary. We will definitely be back!!!

Carriage House Review

Unfortunately our stay started off very rocky when we were not able to get into the property, thus displacing us for the first evening on our vacation. The property manager did not provide instructions in their email to us, and said they were attached to an email. There was no attachment… in addition there was no help provided by the property manager when were reached out multiple times, spending hours on the phone with VRBO until we got alternate accommodations. After this whole fiasco, we finally got word from the owner and got into the property, which met our expectations from there.

Great Location/Not Well Kept

We were on our honeymoon and we loved location. Very accessible to the beach and Rosemary. BUT we walked into our home for the week and were bummed. The refrigerator was a WINE REFRIGERATOR. We had to get creative with how we stored our food. There was a tiny freezer by the tv entertainment center. We were also upset at the kitchen supplies… if you want to cook, there is a pan, and a baby spoon. Terribly prepared with kitchen supplies. So the pictures you are looking at our OUTDATED. Don’t plan on washing your hair, I had to go to Ulta to get my hair washed because the shower trickles with water and there is no water pressure. The couch is stained so we just grabbed a sheet to cover it. And if you are there than more than a week, ask for more wash cloths and towels.

Awesome little getaway

We loved staying here. It was the perfect beach weekend hangout. The only thing I would change is it needs a mini refrigerator. The wine cooler worked ok. Just think a refrigerator would be better for food storage.

Below expectations

The location of the property is great but the house is in need of maintenance. The space is small and cramped. The shower had low water pressure and very little hot water. There is no outdoor space and the kitchenette is not very usable.

Perfect Location 🚲🏖🎾🥞

My husband and I have stayed on the panhandle since we were teenagers. Santa Rosa is our favorite since we are foodies. We wanted a quick affordable stay in a prime location. This is it. Access to bikes, walk to restaurants and short way to the beach. We rode the bikes to almost everything. Thanks for a relaxing stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Spot

The carriage house was located in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The manager, Dina, was beyond attentive and took care of all my needs.. I would highly recommend this place and plan on coming back!

Great trip

The rental was lovely and location was great. The only complaint I have is that you have to enter the street through what seems to be a construction zone and the back side of several work areas. Otherwise loved our stay!

BabyMoon spot

Overall this was a great property! My husband and I came to Rosemary beach for our babyMoon and the location of this VRBO was perfect! It’s walking distance to the public beach ( I was 31 weeks pregnant and had no problem walking ), walking distance to downtown Rosemary and just a bike ride away from Alys beach and some other local spots! The inside of the VRBO was clean, stayed cool and had plenty of room for two people. We met the owner on our last day there and she was very sweet! Overall 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mis-represented and below expectations

This property is NOT part of the Rosemary community as advertised so there is NO access to beach chair rentals or umbrellas and the home doesn’t have them either. You cannot access any of the Rosemary walkovers either as they are coded, private access. The water pressure in the shower is very low and my husband and I both had to turn the shower off many times because the hot water kept going out. There is not a full-sized refrigerator so no freezer or ice maker. The sofa is stained and nasty and the little child-like bistro table is broken with some strange Christmas wreath that looks very old on it. There were two holes in the wall in the bathroom one where the toilet paper holder had fallen off and the other from the door handle and the entire place needs painted. There was only one bike as the other one had a rusty chain that we couldn’t get back on. Even the exterior needed pressure washing and the garage door needed stained. Other like homes on the road looked much nicer. I will say the bed was comfy, there were plenty of bath towels, and the living room rug was nice as I don’t want to be completely negative. I have rented at least six other properties in Rosemary alone and a couple dozen along 30a and this one was completely subpar by comparison.
