Êtes-vous à la recherche de l'endroit idéal pour séjourner dans le Big Easy? Eh bien, ne cherchez pas plus loin! Le condo est situé dans le quartier central des affaires et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du quartier français bien connu et Bourbon Street. Vous constaterez que ce 1,350 pieds carrés. condo a tout ce que la ville de la Nouvelle-Orléans a à offrir juste devant votre porte d'entrée. Il est même à distance de marche du Convention Center et Super Dome. Il s'agit d'une magnifique propriété de deux chambres et deux salles de bain, entièrement rénovée et historiquement rénovée, située au Picayune, un bâtiment connu à l'origine sous le nom de The Times-Democrat au début des années 1900. Vous ne serez pas déçu de l'hébergement du condo ou de l'emplacement. Si vous voulez découvrir la belle ville de la Nouvelle-Orléans en tant que local, c'est l'endroit pour vous. Reserve maintenant!

Very nice condo and well equipped. Great communication with host! Good location. Disappointed that we had to walk down a filthy alley to empty trash. Homeless people in alley. Could use some hooks in bathrooms as there was nowhere to put/hang washcloths or anything other than two towels.

Like many larger cities, this is an ongoing and unfortunate situation that is outside of our control. The alley is not part of the building and is not private property, so our ability to manage it is limited. That said, whenever we are aware of concerns, we do report them to the city and do our best to stay on top of it. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to report it right away on your behalf. Regarding the towels, we are sorry it felt like there were not enough or that the setup was not ideal for your needs. We have never received this feedback before, but it is still helpful and something we will take into consideration as we continue to improve the space. This was a beautiful condo in a safe and very convenient location. Most all attractions are within walking distance. The bedrooms are very quiet, comfortable and dark, which is wonderful in a bustling and busy city like New Orleans. My family and I have never slept as well! I would definitely stay here again any time I am in the area.

We had the best stay at this condo during our daughters volleyball tournament in New Orleans! The host was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. After long tournament days, it was the perfect place to come back and relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to most things and very safe. The space was clean, tastefully decorated and modern. We rested so well in the dark bedrooms and comfortable beds. I recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Great location in New Orleans

Great location that us very walkable to major attractions. Unit has a modern vibe and is a great place to rest after a busy day.

Great location in NOLA

We had a great stay. The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The location was excellent in terms of walk ability and safety. Would definitely stay again.
