AMAZING Luxury Retreat with Private fresh spring ponds & Sauna! Sleeps up to 20.

This mid century modern home was engineered by a Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice, famous architect Richard B. Meyer, who also constructed “The Getty” in Los Angeles. It has been completely updated and remodeled for your enjoyment.

All of the rooms have large windows for looking at the National wildlife refuge that this property borders, which offers you 1000 miles to explore with creeks, lakes & ponds. This is a premier spot for birdwatching and stargazing! Wildlife frequent the property and the house also borders a Vineyard. Deer come right up to the windows!

The property is proud to boast a gorgeous private spring-filled pond located in the backyard with a dock, tubes and paddle boards for our guests to use. You may swim in it as well. There is also a river just a short walk from the house perfect for fishing in.
NOTE: there is no fencing around any of our water so please be aware of that for any children apart of your stay.

Enjoy the sauna, hammocks and listen to all the wonderful nature sounds that the Chateaux provides.


-House arrangements-

1st floor:
-1 bedroom with a king bed, sleeps comfortably 2 guests.
-A yoga room with 2 air mattresses & all extra bedding needed for them, yoga mats, a tv & drapery for a door. Cabinetry under the tv is locked and not for our guests to use. This room sleeps comfortably 2-4 guests.

Also on the 1st floor:
-Attached apartment 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and its own bathroom and kitchenette. May sleep comfortably and privately 2 guest with extra sleeping areas for 3 extra guests with a chair pullout twin size bed (in the room) and a full size sofa bed located in the living room.

2nd floor:
-King Bed with its own personal bathroom, TV, private outdoor deck balcony, a pullout couch and a pullout twin sofa chair. Comfortably and privately sleeps 2 guests but has sleeping areas for 5.

Outside the home, just a few steps from the front door & attached to the carport:
2 unique private hideaways
-1 has a queen bed with an electrical fireplace, tv, heater and overhead fan. Sleeps 2 guests
-The second room has 1 queen daybed and 1 twin daybed with a tv, heater and overhead fan.
-No AC in these rooms, but they stay cool and warm with the provided heater/fans with extra portable fans available for further airflow.

Kitchen:
-all necessities and then some are provided. We have fully stocked the kitchen with whatever you might need. There are 2 fridges and then an industrial fridge located on the patio. We also have a huge flat top grill and a fireplace perfect for roasting s'mores.

There are sooo many trees!!! Peach, cherry, pear, red & green apple, walnut, plums and large pines! Truly one of a kind.

It is within 20 minutes to 3 major state parks!
