The property is a great location. It has a view of the lake. The property was well stocked. Came with laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, plenty of toilet paper, and linens. One odd thing is you have to meet the property manager to get in, yes there is a physical key, but it’s in a lock box and they share the lock box code with you in their book in the house for check out. Meaning it isn’t truly necessary to meet someone in person for check in. Also, when checking in you are asked to sign a document. From what I gathered when reading it’s pertaining to Liability for damages which is already taken care of when you sign up for the insurance. Also, should know there almost zero blinds in the entire house. There are zero blinds or curtains in both living areas, none in the bedroom downstairs, none in the bathroom downstairs, and only two out of the 5 windows have blinds in the master bedroom. My son was taking a shower and the window in the bathroom allows you to directly see in the shower and the lawn guys came, making it quite awkward. The master bedroom windows that don’t have blinds face the lake so while it is a great view you are definitely awake at sunrise and can only change in the bathroom. The master bedroom windows face a no wake zone so boats slowly drive by. Overall, if blinds or curtains were added to give some privacy and contactless check in was an option, I would consider renting the property again.
