Great Family neighborhood, is walking distance to local park with 18 hole of disc golf, pickle ball court, basketball courts and walking trail. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes and many fast food establishments and several restaurants also within 5 minutes.

Fort Carson is 10 minutes away. Peterson Air Force base is 15 minutes away. The Air Force Academy is 30 minutes away, and Garden of the Gods scenic tourist attraction is about 25 to 30 minutes away.

Furnished with everything you'll need, you can stay in and bake cookies or use the spacious fully fenced backyard to host events, relax and enjoy. For family’s with little ones we offer a pack-play with bassinet, high chair, and baby gate upon request. If traveling with furry friends a Dog crate, food and water bowls are available when requested.

With four off-street parking spots, this 3 bed, 2 bath house also offers laundry, a full kitchen, coffee bar and family game room. The house has forced air A/C and heat. A backyard sitting area, fire pit and propane grill also make it a great place to hang out in the Colorado sunshine! The house is equipped with 2 security cameras (outside) to ensure the safety for all who visit.

Baby loves the big oven window so she can watch the cookies baking.
Miss Ruth loves this back deck.
Food! Big kitchen for big eaters like us.
Son-in-law went to culinary school. How lucky were we to get him to come over and help cook Thanksgiving Dinner?

The house was great for our stay. We traveled with pets and the owners were very accommodating. We also traveled with a baby, teens, and grandparents all the way from Texas. The rooms were perfect for our party size. We loved the outdoor seating area. We also really enjoyed the huge space downstairs that had plenty of seating, games, dvd’s. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to utilize utensils that we needed. This was our first time staying in a home rental vs. hotel and we really enjoyed liked the experience. The owners have really thought out all the small key details that the home has to offer and we loved it. This house made a huge difference in our trip to Colorado Springs. Thank you for hosting us!!!

This was the worst experience of our lives if you want to be watched every time you walk out of the house then stay here. Apparently the host lives next door and will come outside everytime you arrive or leave the house to watch you. I don’t think people that have stayed here in the past realized the host was not just a neighbor it was the owner. My car was also severally damaged by cats that must run all over that place I have stretches from the front of my car to the back and paw prints and you have no access to the garage to protect you vehicle. The house was okay but a whole lot of rules and fines for really silly things. Just beware of possible being watched all the time

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry that you left feeling uncomfortable, but I would like to clarify several points for future guests reading this review. The property does have exterior security cameras for the security of the property and to help ensure compliance with the house rules. The camera locations and viewing areas are clearly identified in the house rules and in the rental agreement signed when the reservation is made. There are no undisclosed cameras. The suggestion that I personally came outside every time you arrived or left to watch you is not accurate. We were out of town for the entire weekend of your stay and were not at the property observing your comings and goings. The property being located next door to our residence is also disclosed in the listing. I am sorry to hear about the scratches and paw prints on your vehicle, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. The property is in an area with some wildlife, and unfortunately, their behavior and movements are outside of our control. The property does not include garage access, which is also disclosed to guests. The house rules, along with all applicable fees and fines, are disclosed in the rental agreement and must be reviewed and signed when booking the property. These requirements are in place to protect the property and our investment while providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable place for guests to stay and spend time with their families. It is also important to note that this reservation resulted in no fines or additional charges to the guests. This was the case even though dog urine was found in several locations inside the home after checkout. We chose not to impose an additional charge in this instance. We’re glad you found the house itself to be okay, and we’re sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to be transparent about the property, its rules, and its security measures while respecting our guests’ privacy and providing a comfortable place to stay.

The property was easy to find and it’s in a nice neighborhood. The welcome book was very thorough and provided much more information than expected including pamphlets for local tourist attractions. The house very clean and inviting. Really appreciated and made use of the fully stocked coffee bar! I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The space was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxing day.One of the highlights was the kitchen. It was fully stocked with a great variety of appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything we needed was readily available and in excellent condition.The game room was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. I was extremely happy with the accommodations. The Hosts were great and very accommodating. The property was perfect for our function, and the amenities were more than we expected. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The fact that they had pickleball and cornhole for our entertainment was great. I was very pleased with how much the hosts had thought about their guests' comfort and entertainment. I will definitely book this property again on a future trip to the Springs.
