GJP review, Risa's Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good points: Location was quite :a few items were supplied: detergent for clothes washer, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was some unpleasant items. The toilet was clogged every day, there was a plunger provided. I have never seen a plunger provided at Seaside or any hotel I stayed at. There was no ice maker, I had to walk to Modica market to get inexpensive a few times..There was no oven to warm food. There were a lot of young people riding bikes very fast on streets. I was nearly hit by a bike several times. Bikes should be eliminated, Seaside is not that big and iy was a pleasure to walk the streets.

Beautiful cottage in Seaside!

Great location. My wife and I used the complimentary bikes for the duration and either rode the bikes or walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Small but wonderful

Property was in a perfect location. Very short walk or bike ride from the town center and beach. Cottage had everything we needed. Outdoor shower and laundry were great. Seaside is a beautiful town and we will be back for sure!

Risa's Cottage

At the back of the lot, the cottage was very private and comfortable. Amazed by the amenities that fit into relatively small area. With pull-out couch, sleeps 4.
