CONDO FRONT DE PLAGE AVEC VUES SPECTACULAIRES! LUXUEUX RÉNOVÉ 2/2 - 1300 PC

Entièrement mis à jour 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain en bord de mer en face de la plage. L'unité est située au sixième étage avec une vue d'un million de dollars sur la plage depuis le balcon, la chambre principale, le salon et la cuisine. Nous avons équipé cette unité pour des vacances de luxe avec toutes les commodités. C'est notre maison loin de chez nous. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec mijoteuse, mixeur, NutriBullet pour boissons frappées ou boissons surgelées, casseroles en cuivre haut de gamme, four grille-pain, cafetière Cuisinart avec moulin à grains de café intégré (rien de tel que l'odeur du café frais). Détendez-vous dans le grand balcon grillagé accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale. Vous pouvez même préparer des repas, tout en profitant des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, sur le gril électrique George Foreman autonome, miam! Les tiroirs de cuisine sont améliorés avec des mécanismes de fermeture automatique silencieux. Serviettes de luxe en coton turc dans le bain et côté plage aussi. Le mobilier, les matelas et les draps sont tous neufs!
Il y a une télévision dans chaque chambre. Grand téléviseur intelligent de 65 "avec système de son et lecteur DVD Blue Ray dans le salon. Un autre téléviseur de 50 "dans la chambre principale avec lecteur DVD et un téléviseur de 37" dans la deuxième chambre avec lecteur DVD Blue Ray. Télévision par câble, Internet haut débit et imprimante monochrome sans fil, vous pouvez facilement vous connecter à votre ordinateur portable si vous en avez besoin. Pour votre commodité, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité et espace de stationnement de garage attribué. Pour votre usage, il y a quatre chaises de plage Tommy Bahama faciles à transporter (chacune avec sa propre glacière juste derrière la chaise), 2 parasols, des jouets de plage et des jeux de plage, un barbecue au charbon compact avec sa propre mallette de transport que vous pouvez prendre à la plage avec vous. Il y a aussi des jeux de société et plusieurs films pour votre divertissement. Le complexe comprend une piscine chauffée, un sauna, un barbecue à gaz, un club house, des courts de tennis et un accès direct à la plage. Apportez juste votre brosse à dents !!
Patrick AFB est à cinq minutes pour des achats militaires à la retraite bon marché. L'unité est idéalement située à distance de marche des centres commerciaux ... Publix, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc.

All the comforts you need

Deb’s Condo at The Buccaneer in Satellite Beach was excellent for many reason.The location is convenient to many things and in walking distance to the Publix and other shop.The condo itself could not be better. Right on the beach with a fabulous pool area. The inside of condo is beautifully kept everything well maintained. There was no shortage of necessities supplied by the owner.Two months of staying here is pretty good living.

Exactly As Advertised!

Perfect location, wonderful condo, equipped with everything you need and then some. From essentials to a huge array of beach toys/equipment - it's all here! Our host is definitely a SUPER HOST! The unexpected welcoming gifts, abundance of plush towels and bedding, prompt response to any questions or concerns. If you are not on the beach, you are looking at it and hearing the soothing waves make their way to shore. Close to many attractions, restaurants and to top it off, if your timing is right, you can view the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral while sitting on the lovely balcony. Did I mention dolphins swimming by? If you are lucky enough to get into this VRBO you won't be sorry.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful months vacation. The owner, Deborah kept us well informed and check-in was easy. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen appliances and range of utensils. There are plenty of linens and towels, with equipment for the beach and a range of activities. There are beautiful views of the beach and ocean and we were able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. The location is good, with shops and restaurants nearby. This certainly was ‘our happy place’ for our stay in Florida and we’re looking forward to returning.

Location is close to everything. Most important was the pool and beach which were very clean. Always felt safe. Best landlord ever!

A month at the beach

A great 6th floor condo overlooking the ocean, stocked with everything you will need for a great vacation. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated.There are many restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores nearby. We spent the Christmas season the month of December there and had a great time.

Great Summer Fun/Work Vacation!

Very nice and well maintained property. Nicely decorated, comfortable, functional, and well stocked (kitchen, linens, towels, games, etc.). We especially appreciated all the beach towels! Deborah was a fantastic host and she always responded to questions quickly. The Buccaneer condo common areas were well-maintained. Parking was great. The pool was clean and we definitely took advantage of the take-a-book, leave-a-book exchange in the clubhouse. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. For dessert, definitely recommend Fat Donkey ice cream! We hope to return soon!

Amazing!

My stay in "Our Happy Place" was amazing from booking to check out! The condo is just as it is described. The attention to detail in paper supplies, kitchen furnishings, beach supplies, linens, firm to soft pillows and wifi/technology is superior to my experience in other rentals. The condo and the complex is clean and well managed. The balcony view of the beach and ocean is a perfect setting. It was an amazing experience. Linda

Great host!

The unit was very nicely laid out and is designed as a luxury apartment. It's like living in a posh hotel suite, only more space. The unit was incredibly well stocked, including beach gear and toys. We will miss our morning walks on the beach! Deborah is a fantastic host and was very responsive.

Great Experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from nearly every room, launches from the Cape can be viewed from the balcony. The common areas are nicely maintained and the people are friendly. The owner (Deborah) is very pleasant and responsive . Highly recommend.

Great place in a great location!

I was in the area working for a hospital system (for 3 months) during the height of Covid 19. This beautiful, clean condo provided a much needed restful place while off from work. It was supplied with all the essentials, so it really was a home away from home. Deborah (owner) was very responsive with any questions that came up.Excellent spot!

Super accomodations and beach location!

Deborah has made her condo unit so welcoming and comfortable with the perfect ocean location! We quite enjoyed our daily entertainment of watching from our balcony the beach action below....like beautiful early sunrises; or watching the many surfers hit the waves or the wind surfers trying to dance their kites over the water, often the 'key' was just trying!; to the many, many pelicans diving at all hours for fish, onto those folks either fishing or walking the beach looking for pretty shells. We did our own share of beach time or time just lazing around the pool having a nice chat with other out-of-state visitors. The pool was very clean and just the right warmth! Nice too that the recreation room had books you could pick up to read and then return. All together, it made for super relaxation. And the weather was quite good, not too hot or cold. And if if it rained, we'd plan a drive. We refused to let it mess up our time! The kitchen is well stocked; the master bed and bedroom is comfortable; plenty of closet space with enough hangers; the w/d worked like a charm; the living/dining room is all set up to enjoy your meals with music or on the comfy couch watching the big TV for the latest happenings. For us, it was the perfect place and setting to enjoy our vacation from the chill of Colorado. Local restaurants are close by.....we liked the "Fresh" restaurant; and "Coasters".... and almost across the street is "Nippon Thai" and "Little Dos" that are quite reasonable. For us breakfast at the "Blueberry Muffin" is great, and their biscuits so good! Grocery stores are close-by as well as Walmart and Walgreens. We plan to come another time, but maybe for 2 months and not for only what seemed to us to turn out to be a VERY short one month stay! Alice/Frank Rossow

Wonderful view of the ocean and well maintained condo. We enjoyed every minute of our 2 month stay.

The owners quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo is very nicely decorated, well constructed (we never heard any noise from the surrounding units, and has a lovely screened in balcony where we spent many hours reading books and listening to the ocean waves. Also, the other residents we met were extremely friendly. Easy access to the beach where we took daily walks and convenient to many restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

My name is Deborah and my husband is Rafael. I am a school transformation principal and my husband is retired from 30 years of police work. We are the proud owners of this paradise vacation beach front condo. It is our home away from home. We live in Miami, Florida which is approximately a three hour drive from Satellite Beach. We simply love spending time here.

We love getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being right on the beach and taking in the serenity of waves crashing and the sunsets is priceless. It simply doesn't get better than this. We picked this property because of the convenience the area offers. You are walking distance from Pulblix, McDonalds, Dunkin Doughnuts, Movie Theaters, and so many other places. Also, the food available at the local restaurants is delish!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The beach feels like your own private beach. It is not crowed like Cocoa Beach. Yet, if you want to have a fun night out and meet new people, you will be able to do so withing minutes. There are many things to do... local bars, dinners with live music, movie theaters, are only a few minutes away. The property is located less than one hour away from the Orlando theme parks, such as, Disney, Epcot, Sea World, etc. This location offers the best of both worlds. You have the relaxing peace and quite or you may have the fun and excitement. The freedom of choice is yours!
