Cette villa offre INTERNET SANS FIL, une chambre séparée avec un lit queen size, une cuisine complète, salon et salle à manger sont combinées. Literie supplémentaire pour cette unité comprend un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et aussi deux lits superposés dans le couloir entre la chambre et le salon qui sont idéales pour les petits enfants. Il y a un balcon situé sur le salon qui offre une belle vue sur l'océan. Vous trouverez Ocean Dunes situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la "nouvelle" piscine en bord de mer et aire de pique-nique. Nos invités Ocean Dunes ont également accès au centre de remise en forme du Player's Club, qui dispose d'un centre d'entraînement complet et d'une piscine intérieure chauffée.

Great location, nicely furnished, decent mattress. This is an older building so some amenities like in unit laundry and central heat aren't an option. This is not the owners fault and those things were clearly stated in the property description. We had a good time.

Wonderful location, needed a good cleaning

This was a lovely rental with a perfect location, however that being said VRBO has upped fees for a number of things including cleaning, and this rental unit was not up to snuff, the tables had not been wiped down, and the floors were not mopped, and the amount of dirt, food and misc stuff under the couch and under the bed was honestly gross :( Would we stay here again, probably, because it's a great location with all the amenities we need, but for what we were required to pay in additional fees, extremely disappointed.

Very nice beach

Nice place, great beach. The building is obviously very old, so there's a musky smell to all of the carpet in the hallways, balcony and in the air conditioner units. There is not a starbucks next door, as stated, but just a place that serves starbucks coffee and the worker was not equipped to even take orders the morning we tried to go. The little restaurant next door is only a self serve place that is not open for dinner currently. They did have free water bottles nextdoor though, which was nice. Otherwise, the condo itself is updated and nice inside. We saw lots of wildlife during our stay and really enjoyed the beach.

Needs a deep clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I do not appreciate using our hard earned and saved money for a vacation to feel like we are sleeping in a Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6). We thought that by spending a little extra on a room we would get better quality as we have stayed in HHI three times now with not the greatest of accommodations. And it is not because we are not spending the money for lodging. The room smelled terribly musty. There was about 2 inches of dust on all lamps, baseboards, and blinds. The AC unit in the bedroom smelled like old dank chemicals and urine. It is only about 2 feet away from the bed and so trying to sleep was essentially awful. I even tried pulling out the sofa sleeper in the living room but we all know how uncomfortable those are. We came home a day early just so we could get some rest. HHI itself is great! The beach is lovely and we have enjoyed exploring the island on our bikes and the food is great (choose wisely). I think we are going to try some new beaches to visit in the future and hopefully they will honor the guests and the money they spend by providing an exceptionally clean environment to vacation in.

The elevator and 4th floor laundry were broken during our stay, so we really got our steps in. We were offered a room on a lower floor because of the elevator, but chose to keep the 4th floor room. The pool wasn’t its advertised temperature.

Wonderful stay!

We've visited Hilton Head a number of times but this was the first time we did so late in the year and this was a new area for us to stay. Loved that we could be so close to the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and evening. Check-in was easy, the place was quiet and clean, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our only complaints were the bedroom AC unit and blinds were dirty/moldy and the door to the balcony didn't lock or have a screen door. These were not deal breakers, but we hope they're addressed for the next renters. We plan on coming back in a few months and will likely stay here again.
