Notre spacieux appartement de 2 chambres entièrement climatisé offre une vue sur la mer et la marina de Dubaï avec ses yachts de luxe et ses bateaux.
Il se compose d'un salon avec télévision par câble, d'un coin repas, d'une salle de bains moderne de conception italienne et d'une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les équipements dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Le grand balcon est accessible depuis le salon principal et comprend des tables et des chaises.

Great location, clean, very strange owner

First the property is nice, good location and very clean. When I booked it for a week (paid in full), the owner refunded 2/3 of the fee, then asked me to resend the money. He tried to add it to the original bill so it looks like it was much larger amount. Seemed innocent, but to be sure I contacted Vrbo and they confirmed in email, I only owed the original and to go ahead and pay him again. Seemed fine. He was a little weird about insisting on meeting us, but he left us quite a bit of food. Very nice but we didn’t ask for it. Then he kept saying over and over he needed a good review. Makes sense. He then texted and emailed that we owed him more money for an apartment fee in cash. we paid it, hoping that was the end. He continued to text us everyday about when we were leaving. We were paid in full for entire time. We actually left 2 days early and he was insistent on coming in person to get the keys. He shows up 30 min early while we r packing so he hurried us out. Then 2 days later I get a bill - so I text him and he says Vrbo fined him and he needs that from us. I called Vrbo and they confirmed we don’t owe anything. As soon as I told him that he refused to refund our damage deposit. Vrbo is supposed to be requesting documentation from him on the “damages” but I’m not holding my breath. Very strange, maybe scam? I don’t know, he definitely held our security deposit for no reason. Al things equal, might skip this one.

Unfortunately our guest was characterized by a serious dirt ..we are very sad about her review , she destroyed the apartment and left everything behind her in a condition of disgust and disgrace and left deep scratches on the dining table .. warderobe etc. I with my wife prepared everything for them and she was shocked upon her arrival by the cleanliness of the apartment and we had for them the food and drinks and fresh milk ..bread and fruit ready upon their arrival .we met them to handover the key with access cards and explained all facilities to them , at the same time we asked her opinion about our apartment? She said it is more than wonderful and very clean ..amazing apartment and much wonderful than the pictures in the website. . She thanked us for everything. Then i asked her if you are so excited with it then kindly to write the facts and a true review later on , and she told definitely we will write the best ever review but she destroyed the apartment and even the towels were stained with black spots ,the soffa fabric was damaged as well as 2 wardrobe shelfs were broken and she used all 12 pillows and all bed sheets with 6 blankets .. upon her booking there was a mistake in the payment as instead of my acceptance the booking fee , I refund the total amount back to her ..then after her check in I didn't recive the amount and I contacted the company , they told me that there was an error and you returned the full amount to them and we repay it to you after two weeks and then I wrote to her about the damages and asked the company not refund the security deposit and sent them all pictures and they kept it on hold $ 200 and the cost of repairing the damage was up to $ 500. I recommend all the owners of the apartments and houses not to rent their places to here and it was very strange as she sent us an sms and informed us that they have a change in the departure flight and they are going to leave earlier2 days .I told her ok kindly just let me know and i will be there to get the key and the access card .. she told me you can come at 7pm after 3 days... then at 7pm at that dayi went there for the card and the key but unfortunately she said me they will be there in the lobby after 30 minuts and upon the check out she did not allow us to receive the key and the access card in the apartment and said I will deliver you at the reception so she didn't want us to see the condition of the house .. she is a very strange person and have a psychological problems .

Komfortable Wohnung mit spektakulärer Sicht auf den Hafen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf der Website. Di Einrichtung ist gehobener Standard und es ist alles verfügbar was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Sicht vom Balkon ist beeindruckend und die Lage sehr zentral. Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. In der Umgebung zur Wohnung gibt es viele Supermärkte. Wir würden die Wohnung sicher wieder wählen, wenn es uns wieder nach Dubai führt.

Fabulous Stay!

This amazing apartment was ideal for our little family of four. The apartment was immaculate and the views of Dubai Marina are stunning. The apartment is superbly located close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, train, metro and the lovely beach. The friendly neighbourhood was ideal for our young family with plenty of activities and play areas. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing 10 night stay in a fab location

Myself, husband and two children (age 8 and 5) were greeted by Khawla. She was so welcoming showing us everything in the apartment and had also left us a lovely welcome package of food and toiletries. (we have used homeaway various times and this was the only place who have done this) The apartment was spotlessly clean and was in a really good location. The views of the marina were beautiful and the beach was within walking distance. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again Kayser and Khawla

Klasse Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Blick vom Balkon ist sagenhaft und wir wurden am Ankunftstag abends um 12 Uhr empfangen mit ein paar Lebensmitteln für den ersten Abend und Morgen. Leider war die ganze Zeit über der Backofen defekt, das war schade. Jedoch hat die Kommunikation gut geklappt und Herr Kayser war stets bemüht. Vielen Dank für alles!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Mr.Meyer and his very kind wife and daughter from Germany . They were an absolute delight to have in our flat in the heart of Dubai Marina. We felt like we had known them for years as they were extremely considerate and generous, at their late arrival around 1am after midnight we were waiting them with my wife who was very happy to host them and we prepared for them the breakfast snacks he and water , milk fruits etc . And my wife was very sad to say good bye to them as she gave them dates from dubai . Mr. Meyer and his family were extremely clean guests ever we met as they left our flat super clean . Complete perfection.

From the moment I began to make the choice of picking the accommodations it was simple. Our experience at this apartment was truly a magnificent one. We were greeting promptly on arrival to the hotel. Mrs.Khawla was a wonderful host; she even had a welcome package for us. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the apartment. My wife and mother loved everything about the apartment. They loved it so much that I wanted to extend our stay. the best view of Dubai Marina

Our family (5 pers.) had very pleasant stay in this apartment which really has incomparable view of Marina. The most important is that you get this fabulous view from the living room, the balcony and from masterbedroom as well. It's great during the day and fantastic at night. The apartment is very clean. The bed lining and kitchen utensils are spotless and there is the whole variety of them you may need. The double bed itself is comfortable. The shower and the toilet are also very clean and well maintained. Almajara residence where the apartment is located is secure and clean with it;s own territory. The pool was always heated and we enjoyed swimming. There is also a good gym which also overlooks Marina. Carrefour supermarket is 5 min walk and you can get there all you need. Everything is in walking distance. The JBR and the beach is 7-10 min walk. We are very thankful to Kayser and Khawla who are extremely hospitable and did their best to make our stay in their apartment pleasant.

Absolutely Amazing place to stay

We had the most amazing holiday , the apartment was spotless , the block was constantly being cleaned and was so safe and secure and the reception staff were lovely , so friendly and helpful . Kayser was great from start to finish , always lovely and helpful and the extra touches were great so after a long flight you don't have to go straight to the shop . The view from the balcony is breathtaking , the pool area is beautiful , a lovely place to relax after some sight seeing or shopping . Taxis are always available opposit the block exit , a good way to get around , they are cheap and air conditioned and all the drivers are very polite .The beds were really comfortable , plenty of clean towels , a lovely bathroom with a great shower and a good internet connection . So happy that we chose this apartment , would not bother looking at any others in Dubai as this one ticks all the boxes for me , once again Kayser thank you so much for making it a holiday full of great memory's .

Very nice apartment !

We, a family of 2 adults and 2 teens spent a week in this lovely apartment in Dubai Marina. We were welcomed by the host, Mr. Kayser who made sure we have everything we need for a good stay in Dubai. Communication with him was very good, we even received tips what to visit. The apartment is very clean and has a perfect view over the Marina ! We liked the proximity of JBR beach, Carrefour, restaurants next to Pier 7 - everything in walking distance. I really recommend this apartment for your stay in Dubai ! Thank you Mr. Kayser !

Ourstanding location and great apartment

This is a great apartment in a very good location close to Dubai Marina Mall, the beach and the walk. The apartment was clean and has a great view from all windows and the balcony. The host is very friendly and gave us a nice welcome, including fruits, beverages and various food, as well as a nice collection of amenities. The pool area was nice and includes jacuzzi and sauna as well as a fitness center. We can definitely recommend this apartment (we were a family of 4 with two boys aged 2 and 5).
