Enjoyed our stay during the Jazz Festival…..wonderful location within walking distance to just about everything. Easy and timely communication with owner and would stay here anytime I am in Newport.

Great location

We had a great weekend at this resort. Everything u need was in the room. Can’t beat the ocean view rooms. Will def stay here again.

Beautiful Girls Trip

My friends and I had the best girls weekend staying here! The views were amazing and the location was great! The room was also very spacious and had everything we needed! We will definitely be coming back!!

Clean room, unbeatable location, (minor age shows)

The host was truly excellent, maintaining consistent communication and offering fantastic suggestions throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, and while the property shows its age a bit, the location in Newport simply can't be beaten. Being within walking distance to everything was incredibly convenient. Considering other properties were 200 a night, the value for this prime location and an outstanding host is exceptional.

Great weekend getaway

Right in the heart of everything downtown. Great to have parking included. Owner was helpful and very responsive. The roof top deck was awesome, we loved watching the sunset.

Great location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel style Vrbo. We had a great view of the harbor from our room and it was located in the center of all the restaurants and shops on Thames in downtown Newport. Parking on site was very convenient too. The owner was also very helpful with communications and even provided a list of events for the weekend.

Would stay here again!

Location was great, everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful! There was a tiny hiccup with our room but It was an easy fix- small inconvenience. Owner was great at giving us a fast response with any questions we had and she was super helpful!! We Would totally rent from her again.

Great Location

The room was nice and staff was friendly. Carolyn was excellent to work and was in touch through out our entire stay. If you are looking for a getaway to Newport, I would not hesitate on this rental. Enjoyable Accommodations for Newport Getaway

We had an awesome 41st. Anniversary getaway at Carolyn's rental. She was so great with her communication. Everything ran so smoothly for us. Carolyn even emailed weekend activities that were going on if we were interested! Hoping to be able to experience some more getaways in the future through Carolyn!

Weekend stay for a wedding

The resort and their staff were really nice and it was located very close to the center of Newport. It’s only a short walk to the center of town and close to so many shops and restaurants. Our host was fabulous responding quickly to our questions making recommendations. It was really nice to see security in the parking area to be sure only guests parked there. Best part was we had a view of the Regatta Place were my daughter was married. I enjoyed that view every day until we left. Highly recommended!!

Weekend Getaway

Carolyn was a terrific host! Communication with her was fast and easy and she was able to accommodate my medical request. The property was clean and comfortable and in an awesome location, especially for us as first-time Newport visitors. It was within walking distance of so many things that we enjoyed...dining options, the wharfs, shops...on one of the best streets for so many activities. I would love to stay here on a return trip to Newport. Thanks, Carolyn!

To loud music

It was a great location...BUT we had a super busy bar right under us so music was VERY LOUD and nobody mention that in the description of the property no shot eye until music stopped at 1 am ,,not fun when U need to go up at 7 am next morning

Thanking for sharing your feedback with me. The bar opened about a year and a half ago. I had emailed guests after it opened to check out the noise levels and all had said it wasn't loud and didn't impact trip at all. I apologize the bar was loud. I will request Wyndham put my guests on higher floors. Take care!

Not what you expect

I paid a lot for this room thinking it would be nicer than it is. The whole property is a bit dingy and outdated. Carolyn is wonderful and full or information and seuggeations of things to do. The close up pictures of this property don’t show how tiny it is. Although it seems very new, the sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable and doesn’t lie flat. Parking is tricky and requires you to give your keys in case they need to move your car. They are helpful with doing this however.
