◆ Optional pool heat $40/day (2-day minimum) – please arrange at least 24 hrs prior.
◆ House rules: No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
◆ The pool does not have a child safety screen. Please keep a close eye on children at all times and take extra precautions for everyone’s safety.
◆ Starter Kit: This is a self-catering home, and we provide a convenient starter kit to help you settle in. Each bathroom includes 2 toilet rolls and travel-size toiletries. In the kitchen, you’ll find 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, and 2 laundry pods. We’ve also included a complimentary 2.5 oz coffee bag, 4 organic cane sugar sticks and 2 creamers to enjoy at the start of your stay.
◆ Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to your arrival, the villa will be professionally cleaned and inspected, with fresh sheets and towels provided. For added convenience, mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
◆ Clubhouse: Please note, the Encore Reunion West Clubhouse is a private facility and not included with guest stays at this villa.
