Karla and her husband seems friendly and nice! It's unfortunate that we had to have a rain storm during the time Karla was staying, they were staying on the third floor and so with strong winds some water was able to seeping under the door the other floors was not affected, we did take care of it without have to put up the hurricane shutters and we are sorry for the inconvenience, I take note of your suggestions about having magnifying mirror and I just want future guest to know we have mirrors just not a magnifying one, you also suggest blankets! well we don't have any blankets we didn't tick it off on the Amenities, what we did tick on the Amenities is Hair dryer and we do have hair dryer they were both in one room so technically you are right there was none in your room but to future guest I stay at the property hair dryer is on the Amenities and you don't see one ask me about it I will surely get it for you , as soon as you notify me about the hot water it was fix it was just to change 2 AA batteries to ignite the propane heater, you said TV was given trouble well each room have 2 Television! the TV was not the problem it was the cable company and they take care of it, yes the the roads are bad in Antigua that's the failure of the government! that's why we offer a 4 WD Jeep for just $45 USD per day to deal with the bad roads ask about the jeep when you are booking! , and we will surely take all of Karla suggestions into consideration for a better stay for future guests

Bill and his wife and Liz and her husband spend the month of January at my place , they were very friendly and helpful Bill in particular replace a faucet for me among other things he do , they keep my place very clean while they were there and also leave it very clean when they are leaving also my Jeep , I would definitely recommend these two couples to other host

David thanks again for booking Cook's Estate but when I read your complains it seems to me you didn't read the description of the place you complain about getting to the place was a chore ,I offer to pick you up and you refuse, you say it's up on a hill and out of town, in the description it says the property is on a hill with stunning views and 15 minutes from town and the road is rough you mention about the second bedroom was not prepare again in the description it read if it's 2 guests and need separate room you would have to pay extra for the room so let me know you never mention you need separate room so I look at you profile photo and I see you and a woman so I assume you only need one room but when you arrive and I see it was two guys I said you need another room and you said yes so not my fault ,and you next complain about bringing provision or food, again in my description I mention I will pick you up from the airport and take you to the supermarket at a better rate than the airport Taxi ,so you get here and then you realize you don't have any food or water you had to take the Taxi again to go and get them , to my future guests don't be like David , when you arrive and you are not renting a car don't bother to take a Taxi we do pick up from airport to the supermarket to the property for only $20 US dollars we also transport our guests to anywhere on the island and last and the very least of complain is there was a TV missing from one of the room I note your concern but I also have to say we are the only property on island with a 2 bedroom accomodations that offer 4 Television one in each bedroom one in the living room and also one in the kitchen ,when you arrive there were 4 TV I show you around the house after you had to leave immediately because you realize you don't have food or water so I did a normal check and realized one of the 4 Television not working so I remove it and take it to the technician to fix it, so you have 2 people and three remaining television and you complain about a missing TV and you can't get to watch News about Corona , Really? All you had to do was to tell me to remove one of the three remaining TV perhaps the one from the kitchen , I didn't think it was an issue because guests always tell what's up with all them TV , they say we don't come to your beautiful island to watch TV so to future guests the TV will be fix and put back shortly so you can enjoy 4 TV for accommodation of 4 person, only at Cook's Estate

Sue and her husband Bill with their son and friend where great guests and they leave my property clean and in good condition I would definitely recommend them to other hosts, they where super friendly and nice always inviting me to eat with them when ever they are having dinner and they also was very understanding with me have problem with the hot water heater all in all I would host them again, oh and thanks for the extra tip for transporting you guys!.
