Entertainment: A large smart TV and electric fireplace invite cozy movie nights, while board games are on hand for unforgettable memory-making. Outdoors (in deck box under the deck) we have a corn hole set as well as yard Yahtzee in case anyone in your group is competitive.

Spa-Inspired Ensuite: A dual-rain-head custom tile shower invites indulgence, ideal for couples. 2 Private Bathrobes are provided for your comfort at our home. LED backlit mirror and a towel warmer for plush towels complete this serene, spa-like retreat.

Private Sanctuary:. A king-size bed with a luxury mattress promises restful nights. Individually controlled lights at each nightstand, USB outlets, and a smart TV for snuggling and watching your favorite show. We will provide 2 bathrobes for use at our cabin as well.

Luxury Main Level Bath: Just across the hall, our main level bathroom features a custom tile shower with a rain-shower head, traditional shower head and wand. Freshen up at the custom live-edge vanity—every detail crafted for your comfort. The LED mirror offers both front and back lighting… and is motion activated for your convenience.

Loft Life: Relax and enjoy the expansive views from our loft area, which offers a Queen high quality sleeper sofa that can accommodate two extra guests without sacrificing comfort. Extra bedding is located in cubby to the left of the TV in the downstairs living room.

Panoramic Deck & Entertaining: The expansive deck features a propane grill, dining table and chairs for 8, and additional seating—an entertainer’s dream for barbecues, sunset dinners, and evening conversations. Enjoy endless conversation around the firepit (wood provided), or hang out in the hammock and watch for falling stars. In need of some shade? Enjoy the hanging chairs below the deck for some quiet time.

Hot Tub: Tucked away from neighbors, the hot tub is open to the night sky—soak as the sun dips below the horizon and enjoy a canopy of stars.

Convenience & Extras

Wish you could arrive to a fully stocked fridge? Our cleaner can be hired to pick up your online grocery order from the Wal-Mart in Branson MO and stock your fridge and cupboards- so you can instantly relax when you arrive! Please let us know if you would like her contact info to arrange this. (She does have a small trip charge).

Laundry & Supplies: A washer/dryer combo (detergent and dryer sheets provided) is in the main level laundry room. We also provide plenty of supplies in case of a needed clean up!

Pet Cabinet: Just behind the dining table you will find a cubby with a few extra supplies available to use for your 4 legged best friend. For your pet’s safety we require leash use outside. Unattended pets must be crated, and owners are responsible for their pet’s safety, behavior and waste disposal at all times.

Towels & Linens: Hot tub towels are in a cabinet in the laundry room; extra towels are provided on wall racks, and makeup cloths are in each bathroom.You will also find hair dryer for guest use and soap/ shampoo and conditioner are provided. Two bathrobes are available for your use in each private bedroom.

Parking: Gravel driveway accommodates up to four vehicles—no permit needed. There is an additional pull through gravel drive spot up by the street which would work great for a trailer if you are bringing a boat or your side by side.

Keyless Entry: A smart-lock system provides seamless check-in; you’ll receive your unique code 24 hours before arrival.

High-Speed Wi-Fi: Starlink (200 Mbps) ensures fast, reliable internet throughout the home. We also have a cell booster in the home!

Onsite: Walk back through the trees on our path to Cricket Creek! (Creek levels do vary throughout the year). Explore the creekbed and watch for wildlife. (When in treed areas we always recommend bug spray. This is a forested area and you may see all sorts of creatures)

1/2 Mile Walk to Table Rock Lake: Enjoy effortless lakeside access for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or sunset shoreline strolls—no parking hassles. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards- this beach area is a small arm off Tablerock with still waters.

7- Minute drive to Cricket Creek Marina where you can rent a pontoon for the day or put in your own watercraft!

15-Minute Drive to Top of the Rock, Payne’s Valley, Cliffhangers Golf, & Thunder Ridge Concerts (Drive time for concerts subject to traffic! But the roads to get there from our home are the back roads and less congested! Check traffic reports and try to get there early)

20- Minute drive to Tex-Plex at Fox Creek Park, a premiere Side by Side park that offers day rentals

25 Minute Drive to Branson Landing & Downtown Branson Shows

35 - Minute Drive to Silver Dollar City

Entire Home & Outdoor Spaces: You’ll have exclusive access to the full 2-bedroom, 2-bath home—including the main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and gourmet kitchen. The expansive deck, hot tub, swings, hammocks and fire pit area are all yours to enjoy.

Hot Tub: Our hot tub is treated and checked between each guest by licensed professionals. Hot tub controls are on the front panel—simply power on, select your desired temperature, and let it heat before use. Please note posted rules, and pets are never allowed in the hot tub. Please secure cover after use. If the tub is found excessively dirty or any soap or bubbles are introduced, any additional cleaning fee charged by our professionals will be passed along to guests for reimbursement.

Trash: Please bag all trash and place in bins on the side of the home by 10AM on your check-out day.

• No smoking or vaping (inside or on decks)
• Max occupancy: 8 guests (no unregistered visitors)
• No parties or events—this is a private, relaxing retreat
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8AM (respectful of neighbors)
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (late check-out fees apply)
Security deposit: $300 (refunded within 7 days if no damage) and a signed rental agreement are required before access will be granted.
Home does have a RING CAMERA at front door facing the entry/ drive for safety.
We do routine pest control, but you are in nature so there may be occasional bugs. Bring bug spray if you plan to spend time in nature, and do not leave doors open.
If you choose to bring children you are responsible for their safety at all times. Do not ever leave them unattended in the woods/ creek, on stairways, decks or in the loft area.
There are no curtains on the expansive living room windows or windows viewable in loft. If you are a light sleeper and using the pullout couches you may want to bring an eye mask.
