Built in 1963 and designed to celebrate indoor-outdoor living, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers timeless architecture, a private cactus courtyard, mountain views, and a calming atmosphere. Perfect for extended stays (28+ nights), itâs ideal for guests seeking peace, privacy, and authentic desert styleâjust minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
THE SPACE
A modern desert sanctuary blending mid-century design with quiet luxury. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with light and connect you seamlessly to the outdoors. Clean lines, exposed concrete floors, and curated design details create a grounding, Zen-inspired atmosphere.

GUEST ACCESS + CHECK-IN
Guests have full private access to the condo, secure garage space, private cactus courtyard, and all Firebird Estates community amenities. A personalized front-door access code will be provided for you to access the condo. Upon check-in, our local cohost, Craig, will meet you at the property to give you a quick walkthrough of the home and highlight key featuresâincluding the courtyard, pool, and community areas. Heâs also happy to answer any questions to help you settle in. Parking is simple, with guest parking spaces located at the back of the property just steps from the unit. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM PST.

âą Minimum stay: 28 nights
âą Pets welcome (2 max) with a combined weight of 80 lbs or less. Fees apply.
âą Mid-stay cleaning required, which needs to be scheduled at or before check-in.
