Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.

There is an empty barn in the backyard that is locked and off limits to guests.

The woodburning fireplace in the home is not in working order and not available to guests.

There is an EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. Note: you will need an adapter for Tesla.

The driveway can accommodate three vehicles and has a covered carport with metal roof.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to guest's arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.

🔹A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
🔹Dogs must weigh under 50 pounds and be fully housebroken.
🔹Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed in the home.
🔹Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding.
🔹Guest must provide crate and/or kennel.
🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.

🔸 No events, parties or large gatherings.
🔸 No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home.
🔸 Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
🔸 Must be at least 21 years old to book.

✔ Rinse dishes and leave in the dishwasher.
✔ Place used towels in bathroom tub/shower.
✔ Gather trash and put in outside trash can.
✔ Leave all bedding on beds.
✔ Lock windows and doors.
✔ Turn off all lights & propane tanks.
✔ Leave heat at 68 degrees.
✔ Keep AC on during summer months.
