Ce condo dispose de 3 chambres avec un roi dans le maître, 2 reines dans chaque chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Peinture fraîche partout. Caractéristiques walk-in douche dans le maître. Cette unité est propre, fraîche et confortable. La cuisine est mise à jour, entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils. Ajout d'un réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans la buanderie, avec une laveuse et sécheuse empilable. En outre, notre complexe offre une piscine, un barbecue / aire de pique-nique, WIFI GRATUIT, zone de lavage de voiture, promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! Pendant les mois de Mars à Octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et seulement 3/4 mile d'excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

My family has stayed at the Nautilus condos before. This is such a great location for family fun. Beachview was so nice and this condo was very comfortable and updated. Liked that it had the extra half restroom. Would recommend people to stay here!

Condo was clean, well appointed and with six of us gave us plenty of room. There could have been more attention on pool but when I notified them, it was immediately addressed and clean. The location is perfect and a short walk to the beach. The attendant that puts out the chairs needs to be better informed of those who have chairs and umbrellas included with their rental. Two times there was an attempt made to charge us the rental fee. There is a Tom Thumb convenience store within a short walking distance from the condo as well. We also made use of the outdoor grilling area but found grills were not clean after prior use. My husband cleaned our grill out when we used it. As I said, this is our second year here and I would highly recommend it! We hope to go again next year.

Great Beach Stay

Condo was exactly as described. Just far enough off the path to allow some privacy but within minutes of anything you might need. Uber Eats delivers if you just want a night in, and the property has its own private beach entrance, so you are literally steroid from sand and sun. Beaches are stunning! Couldn't have asked for better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was excellent, large open floor plan, 3 bedrooms with all Kings and Queen. 2 1/2 baths with a set up of 2 on suites. Master has a walk in shower that makes it easier for older seniors to enter and exit. Has a very of the water but not the beach so much which was good in our case. More privacy and helps to block the wind. Very large patio with a 6 seat table and a high top table. Also this unit has excess without any steps. Most Building have first floor garages this building has first floor units.

So warm and inviting,there is new living room and patio furniture since the photos were taken, which was an added bonus. We would make our coffee and breakfast in the morning and sit outside to wake-up before beginning our day. Each evening, we'd sit outside, enjoy an adult beverage (or three) and listen to the relaxing sound of the night tides before retiring inside for the evening. We were here during Hurricane Ian so we were obviously concerned about the approaching weather. The living room is where we would gather to watch the news at night for weather updates. The two couches and chair were comfortable and the TV reception never faltered. Thankfully for us, but unfortunately for others much further southwest, our vacation was not affected. The weather was perfect!The bedrooms were each decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the master bedroom and bath which had everything you could need, including an amazing view! The other two bedrooms were also comfortable and cozy (not small, but welcoming and safe).I have mobility issues and loved how easy it was to get from our condo to the pool and the beach. The only item that could be an issue for one with mobility issues would be the steps from the boardwalk to the beach. There are handrails to utilize, I am was able to do so with those, but there is a quiet public beach access right next door to the condos with a handicapped accessible ramp that can be used as an option. For persons with a cane (and some great friends) you may be okay with Nautilus' boardwalk and steps.You can tell from the small touches around the condo that the owners, Kim and Joe, love and take great pride in 1103. For those of us who are fortunate to get a week when it's not already booked, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven! We can't wait to share this with our family and friends and are already planning our next trip here!

The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy access to the beach and for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. It is an older building but the condo has been updated and very clean. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues but the staff was very responsive and the problem was fixed in no time. We would definitely come back again.

This condo had so much room that everyone was very comfortable. We wanted the bottom floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator since our grandkids would need so much stuff for the beach. The walk was a perfect distance to the beach! We loved everything about it! Planning to book this exact condo next year!

The view from patio is of the dunes, no line of sight to beach and waves, but you could hear the waves, which was relaxing. Loved being able to wheel luggage in, and not have to ride elevator. Shirt walk to beach access and loved having reserved beach chairs daily.
