Nouveau dans le programme de location, les photos professionnelles sont enfin là! Ceci est une grande unité de bain 2 chambres 2 avec notre vue Million Dollar brevetée! Caractéristiques de nouveaux meubles de salon avec un nouveau téléviseur 50 ".

Toutes nos locations viennent avec des draps, une machine à laver / sèche-linge dans l'unité et une cuisine entièrement équipée, donc tout ce que vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! En outre, notre complexe offre une piscine, un barbecue / aire de pique-nique, WIFI GRATUIT, zone de lavage de voiture, promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! Pendant les mois de Mars à Octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et seulement 3/4 mile d'excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

Nos unités de condo sont non-fumeurs et le Nautilus est une propriété sans animaux.

Construction going on so it was loud in the mornings and workers right on the balcony. The condo itself was good but could of used more than one roll of tp in the bathrooms for 5 days

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out process was so easy. Nice beach view from the balcony. Loved being so close to beach access and a short drive to Destin.

Steps from the beach

Enjoyed staying here, apt is nicely decorated. The best thing is that it was just steps from the beach making it easier to walk 3 kiddos back and forth. Will definitely return!

Cheer competition week

We have stayed alot of places along that area and this was by far the best we have ever stayed!! It was clean and very relaxing. Beach access was right there and of course beach was beautiful! Pool was clean and property was great!! Parking was perfect! Just far enough away from craziness but not too far from attractions!! We will be back!!

Great location. Beautiful balcony with corner view out to the ocean. The neighbor property in public and well maintained. The condo was fully equipt for cooking, doing laundry, nice sleeping accommodations, private master with bath oh, and an ice maker. It needs instructions to run but I let the kids figure it out. That was a wonderful accessory once we figured it out. Loved the chair service on the beach with an umbrella for 2 for free. Plus 2 portable chairs in the closet with 2 body boards. And towels, fabulous absorbent bath towels and beach towels. Very nice and comfortable.

Nice furniture, kitchen looked to be recently updated. Only complaint was the ice marker was out of service in our unit but Linda the manager, filled our cooler up for us! We were also able to watch multiple firework shows on the 4th from the beach.

That particular condo is very dated and dirty. The sofa is so stained and dirty we put a sheet on just to sit. The furniture is cheap and the view off balcony is blocked so the ocean view is very limited. Also, had roaches and spiders. Totally needs a makeover!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Nautilus was nice, super friendly staff, perfect view and easy access. Our biggest complaint was it good have been cleaner. Remnants of other guest were left behind, floors, couches and beds were all very sandy. It made it really hard to sleep. Also they only provide one partial roll of toliet paper and partulial roll of paper towel. Kitchen has salt only and no coffee filters for their drip maker. For the price more amenities could have been provided. Because of the beds being so sandy I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

We had a great view of the beach not actually being on the beach view side. Everything was well kept. The pool was a nice place to finish after the beach with the beach side service.
