We pride ourselves on offering a clean, luxury space. Please read the following carefully:

Smoking & Pets:
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony
• No pets of any kind (including service animals – allergy sensitive)

Cleanliness & Care:
• No eating or drinking on the sofas
• No eating in the bedrooms
• Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use or when leaving the condo

Damage & Deposit:
• A $400 refundable security deposit is required
• Refunded within 7 business days following a full inspection
• Guests will be charged for any damages or missing items
• Linen replacement fees:
  • Sheets: $20
  • Bath towels: $10
  • Face towels: $5
