Ce chalet est l'un des cinq chalets des Casas de la Playa - Complexe central au centre-ville de Flagler Beach. Récemment rénové et rénové, il dispose d'une grande chambre, d'une salle de bains, d'un espace de vie avec cuisine complète et d'un porche grillagé donnant sur le jardin. La chambre a un lit queen size et l'espace de vie a deux canapés-lits simples. Le chalet est à quelques pas de la plage et à distance de marche des bars, des restaurants, des boutiques, du musée local et de nombreux autres endroits. Il dispose d'une télévision par câble et d'une connexion Wi-Fi.

We had a great stay at the Oleander Cottage! The cottage was clean, very open and light! We were in walking distance of every thing we needed. We love Flagler Beach even though we live a short distance away in Ormond Beach! It was enjoyable to have a little getaway from home! Our host Andres was so helpful with everything! Would definitely book again in the future when we want a Flagler Beach getaway!

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Playa. We stayed in the Oleander cottage and it was perfect. It was very clean and nicely stocked with amenities. The private outdoor grounds and patio were beautiful and perfect to sit out at in the morning for coffee or evening for a drink. Andréas commication was prompt and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Great cottage in small town

Very nice place to stay in laid back town. Everything is within walking distance. Nice beach and beach front restaurants. If you want Miami Beach this is not for you!

Oleander is an adorable little cottage. Only complaint was the bathroom. Louvered doors don’t give any privacy.

Location, location, location!!! This very cute beach cottage is close to everything... the beach, wonderful restaurants, and more. So, if you like to park your automobile after arrival and not use it again until time to leave this is the place for you. Definitely would stay here again!

A Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at the Oleander cottage. We loved Betty Steflik Nature Preserve and all the attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. nearby. The location was convenient and Andres was a pleasure to work with. We had the opportunity to meet him during our stay and he was very gracious. The cottage is old time Florida but very well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The location is perfectly walkable to anywhere on Flagler Beach that you want to go. We had our dog, so it is a bit of a hike to get to dog beach. Walked it once, then drove the other times. Weather was miserable, so it was important to us to have so many restaurants nearby.

Great little beach place!

This cottage is convenient to everything in Flagler Beach!! We had a wonderful time. Andres is a great host --- everything we needed was there and ready when we arrived! Walked to get coffee each morning, enjoyed the Farmer's Market Friday and Saturday, took a quick trip to St. Augustine -- we couldn't beat it and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Beautiful one bedroom a block from the beach.

This recently remodeled one bedroom is perfect. It is one block from the beach and there are lost of places to eat near by. The place is tastefully furnished to the last detail. There is off street parking. It's just a block to the beach and there are a number of close eat in or out restaurants. I love every moment and can hardly wait to return.

Flagler Beach

This was overall a nice rental property. Location was great! Easy walk to the beach, coffee, and food. (The best food we found was at Break Awayz.) Parking was easy as well. Could have been a tad cleaner, but wasn't lacking any necessities. Kitchen knives could have been sharper. The bar around the corner (Finn's) is pretty loud at night, if you like to go to bed before 1 or 2 am, but we packed a noise machine based off of previous reviews. The A/C was difficult to regulate, so I was very glad that I packed a hoodie and a blanket. There is no privacy at night in the main living area--there is only a sheer curtain "covering" a full glass window front door, so just be aware of that. The host was very nice and available if we needed him.

The amazing host and the cozy cottage!

Oleander is a little slice of heaven for those of us that are low key and down to earth. This eclectic little cottage is 1/2 a block off all that Flagler has to offer, including the beach, gift shops, lively bars and first class food…..all within walking distance from your own private parking at Oleander. Having booked a lot of host houses throughout the US, I can say with great confidence that Andrea is THE BEST host (and I’ve had a lot of great ones) I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he answer all my pesky questions in the weeks leading up to our visit, but he also provided great flexibility on my arrival. His cottage provides all the simplest provisions (beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler, etc.), but he also quickly replaced a missing items to ensure that we had a comfortable day at the beach. It’s not the Ritz folks, but it’s home. ♥️

Perfect Location!

If you enjoy hotel chains with stale, identical rooms…or if you love waiting for a crowded elevator at a condo…this isn’t the place for you…BUT…if you want a unique, comfortable little cottage with a “local” vibe, this is the one!! It’s located in the heart of Flagler Beach but is enclosed with beautiful landscaping for privacy. The entry way lights up with colored lights at night, perfect for relaxing at the patio table and enjoying the ocean breeze…in the morning, it’s a one minute walk to watch sunrise on the beach! Andres provides everything you need and is such a thoughtful host! We absolutely loved this one and will definitely be returning!

Very Good Experience

This was our first experience using VRBO and my husband & I were very pleased. The accommodations were very comfortable and very clean. Andres', our contact person, sent text prior to arrival time and offered for us to contact him if we should have a problem. Happy to say that everything was perfect! Better than the pictures

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Perfect little neighborhood and location. Quick walk across A1A to the beach and little shops/diners everywhere. My wife and daughter loved the place as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

We began to come to Flagler Beach in 1980 when we were students at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, just an hour and a half away. We bought our first property in Flagler Beach in 1998, and this second one in 2003. We lived in Gainesville for 25 years coming to Flagler Beach almost every weekend. We remodeled all our properties and began to list our first property for vacation rental in 2001.

We bought in Flagler Beach because this is a unique beach community. There are no franchises or high-rises. There are no buildings along the beach side with the exception of the Flagler Beach pier and the restaurant next to it. Flagler Beach is Florida at its best!

The most attractive aspect of Flagler Beach is its peacefulness and small beach community charm. There are no franchises on the beach, nor high rises. There are several small local restaurants and cafes with excellent food, a couple of galleries, some nice bars, and a friendly community. Marineland is 10 minutes north, and Daytona Beach is 20 minutes south. Historic St. Augustine is a half-hour drive away, and Orlando and Disney are within an hour's drive. Major airports are within an hour and a half drive.
The sunrises are fabulous at this time of the year. The beach is less that a block away. The ocean water temperature is cool this time of the year, and the sun is bright and warm. At night sit and contemplate the constellations and the planets from anywhere, the patio, the beach, or walking around the town! This is an ideal place for moon lovers, and star gazers. Fish from the beach, or from the nearby pier. Bring your own bicycle and enjoy riding around this small community! During the winter months Right Whales may show up at the beach, and dolphins are visible year round. If you are planning a family reunion, a wedding, or any type of small group activity, this location could be ideal reserving the whole compound of four cottages and one studio.
