The villa has been created not as a simple holiday rental but as a true second home, blending refined interiors with functionality. A spacious master suite awaits with a king-size bed, ample wardrobe, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking lake views. The ensuite bathroom is generously equipped with a built-in bathtub, large walk-in shower, double sink, bidet, and toilet. Just across from the master suite, a private sauna offers the ideal space to unwind after a long day of exploring the lake and its villages. On this same level, with an independent entrance, there is also a large studio apartment of around 60 square meters. This private area features a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large sliding doors open onto a charming terrace with a table and chairs, providing the perfect corner to enjoy the outdoors and the lake’s ever-changing colors. The studio is particularly appreciated by accompanying parents or older children who enjoy their independence while staying close to the rest of the family.

Guests are reminded that this is a private holiday home rather than a hotel, designed to provide independence and domestic comfort. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, though last-minute bookings may require flexibility, and our support team is available daily from morning until evening to assist if needed. Upon arrival, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and toiletries for the first day will be provided, along with towels and linens for the duration of the stay. Waste separation is required in accordance with local regulations, and while essentials such as soap and dishwasher gel are supplied, personal care items, condiments, and paper products are not included. A crib and high chair are available on request for a fee, though it is important to note that the villa is not recommended for small children.
