We had an amazing stay! Julie’s home and the surrounding property is beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. There was lots of space for our two families. The loft was perfect for the teenagers. The house was well stocked, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the island. We loved having the beaches so close. Julie was incredibly responsive and kind. We really appreciated the comprehensive guide with instructions and activity recommendations she provided in advance. What a wonderful home, we wish we could have stayed longer. The home was very clean, and the the bedrooms and living areas were spacious and cozy. Our favourite place to spend time was on the back porch overlooking the bay watching the spectacular sunsets. The home is in a perfect location, close to the north shore and its fabulous beaches, but also only a short drive to Charlottetown and it's shopping and great restaurants. Our host responded promptly to any questions we had and were very friendly. We will definitely return next year and stay longer!

We booked this spot for a girls extended weekend, and it did not disappoint! It offered every amenity we needed, gifted us multiple beautiful sunsets from a wrap-around deck, and is perfectly located for easy access to so much of what PEI has to offer! I especially loved the comprehensive guide the host left in the binder, pointing us towards many nearby activities and eating places, including a curated list of their favorites/recommendations. They have clearly committed to ensuring their guests have everything they need and all the things we didn't know we needed! This place would also be great for multiples (generational or families) as the loft upstairs provides a whole other area to retreat to (kids or solitude). Also need to mention how much I loved the neighbors Osprey nest & cam - so cool to watch!

What a FANTASTIC home. Trust me when I say the pictures don’t do this home justice! Hosts promptly answered messages and provided a helpful list: great kids’ spots, golf course, beaches and restaurants. Their recommendations were bang on. This spotless and spacious house is perfectly nestled on a bay with a beautiful view of sunsets. Close to Charlottetown for night life/shopping and countless beautiful beaches.Quality focused including hotel quality linen and towels, and an extremely well stocked kitchen (thank you for having a garlic press!).Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of board games and books for the rainy days. The massive backyard offers a fire pit and even a horseshoe pit. You will want to relax and enjoy a bbq’d surf and turf dinner then snuggle on the back porch for a front row seat to the BEST sunsets!We will rent this home again!

The property is beautifully appointed, spacious, and has all the amenities of home. It is in close proximity to numerous beaches, Charlottetown, and shopping! However, the most impressive aspect of this property is the vistas. From every window, one sees water, flora, and unequivocally the most breathtaking sunset anywhere on the island! Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on PEI. The property is spotless, comfortable, and incredibly cozy—it truly feels like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of our favorite parts was watching the breathtaking sunsets each evening, followed by gathering around the fire pit to enjoy quality family time. We had such an amazing stay at this property. The house and grounds exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, clean and well-equipped for a cozy island getaway. The view from the back of the house and master bedroom are incredible and everyone in the area is friendly.Julie and Kevin are such approachable and organized hosts. The recommendations they provided for site-seeing and local gems did not disappoint! We spent 4 nights in PEI and these were some of the highlights:-seeing the lupines in full bloom (we were there in late June)-coffee on the porch in the morning and sunsets in the evening-lobster and mussel dinner at the Blue Mussel Cafe-Beach walk and Fish and Chips at Richard’s-walking the board walks at Greenwich Beach and the trails at Anne of Green Gables-Baked goods and local items at The Red Barn and Gallant’s Clover Farm-Cow’s Icecream-touring the Basilica in Charlottetown

Such a beautiful home and lovely setting. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Top floor with four beds perfect for kids having their own space. Outside was lots of room for running around and sitting and enjoying the view of the water.Host was very helpful and easy to reach. The sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed as the sun reflects beautifully on the water.Would highly recommend this home and hope to return soon
