This isn't true! The guest stayed almost an hour over the time Allowed for checkout. The day before, we shared with him that we had another guest, arriving that we were not able to do a late checkout for him. He did not respond instead. He stayed over almost an hour and had no intentions on leaving, until he was asked to leave by the cleaning company that we hired due to get the unit ready for another guest, arriving in a few hours. He yelled and was very disrespectful and rude to the cleaning company.That was there to simply do their job.And clean the home. He states that they were rude to him.When they only asked him to leave the building.So they could get it prepared for the next guest. He left tons of trash in the home. Didn't respect any of the House Rules, such as only allowed to have upto 4 guests at a time, He had multiple guests in and out, all day, all night, which we've seen and verified from the exterior cameras. Moved every piece of furniture in the home, lefted multiple dirty dishes, had filming equipment all around the home, which we have catchers from the cleaning company. The home that we rent is meant for a nice quiet space for someone looking to enjoy with their significant other or a small family, what's absolutely no events, parties, or smoking. The other guests that were staying in the lower unit complained a bunch, but understood that it was not our fault due to his disruptions. Once cleaners got there, he refused to leave and told them That he would just pay extra money to stay there.And they told him no, that he has to leave now. When they notified me, I told him that if he did not leave within the next a few minutes, I would have to call the local authorities to have him removed because he shouted at the lady that was cleaning and refused to leave. Soon as I sent him this message. He left but left all his trash behind. I would never rent to this individual again. And will block him from my home entirely!
