Complex was great! Unit was good, but definitely could use some maintenance and up-keep. Furniture showing signs of a lot of wear. Communication could have been better, but overall, it was a good stay.

The unit was as described. I understand the wear and tear that occurs over time in a rental units. But, I also believe you need to monitor that wear and tear and at some point it needs to be addressed. It’s time for that to happen in this unit. Badly stained furniture and carpets. Torn and stained bedroom furniture fabrics. Woodwork and trim needs repair and painting.Many of the features of the hot tub did not work and the bathroom sink drains appear to be very slow to drain. Standing water for up to 10 minutes before the sink is fully empty.Great unit, great kitchen and balcony and just a few furniture updates would once again make this an excellent rental.

We loved this unit and the property overall. Very spacious, very clean, it had everything we need. Elevators were fast, tons of activities to do at Turquoise Place. Would highly recommend this unit for any families looking for a great beach vacation!

The view was great. You can watch the boats come and go into the Marina. You can't put your own chairs or tent next to the ocean. It has to be behind the rented chairs. The room itself is very spacious. It has Wolf appliances. The Master bedroom Bed is very soft and the pillows are soft as well. The Master bath very huge The shower faucet was very hard to turn on and the door barely opened up. You only got 1 hand towel for 2 people. The sectional couch has seen better days. The restaurants closed at 6 pm. No extra vending. There is live music through the day. The outdoor pools are chilly because they do not get sun most of the day.

The rule about where personal chairs and tents may be placed is typically set by the condo association — We'll confirm the policy and work to make that clearer for future guests. We've passed your comments about the soft mattress and pillows, worn sectional, and the shower faucet/door to our maintenance team so they can inspect and address them. Housekeeping will be reminded to provide the correct number of towels. Regarding dining hours, vending, and the chilly pools, those are usually determined by the property/association, but we will share your feedback with them. We also appreciate the note about the daytime live music. We appreciate you letting us know and only wish we’d known during your stay so we could have attempted to make it right. Great location

We had a great short trip to this condo. Beautiful building and rooms. Easy to get beach chairs set up. The restaurant by the pools is so convenient to get lunch while at the beach or pool. Will definitely stay again.

Orange Beach

Amazing property!! The unit was spacious and clean. The property itself was gorgeous and had plenty of activities to keep our family busy. We enjoyed the lazy river, waterslide, and both the indoor and outdoor pools. The bear chair rental was a breeze. We will definitely be back to Turquoise Place!!

Great place to stay Will fun for all ages.

The turquoise is a great place for people of all ages. Everyone was kind, friendly, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into building these condos. Our unit in particular was well kept and very clean. We had all we needed to enjoy this home away from home.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was VERY clean and comfortable. We had all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The property was beautiful and well kept and the beach was just an elevator ride away.

Lovey Condo, Great Management
