★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is ample parking in the garages and on the street if you need more spaces.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed for a fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - This is a quiet residential community. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ How far is the property from Downtown San Diego? ★

It is around a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.
