★ Timber Sky is a new build community and is still under construction in some areas. You may experience construction noise during the daytime hours of 7am - 5pm. Please understand that this is entirely out of our control and don't book if you are concerned.
★ At night you may hear the slight rumble of the trains running along Route 66. No whistle unless in the rare case of an emergency. I've provided tower fans in every bedroom to provide air circulation and white noise for the light sleepers.
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
★ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the garage and the front door.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
