A Mediterranean estate atop one of Aledoâs highest hilltops, Fossil Valley Ranch spans 100 acres with commanding 360-degree views. This distinguished five-bedroom, five-bath residence was thoughtfully designed with gatherings in mind, offering expansive indoor and outdoor living and a resort-caliber patio that includes a full outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and covered gathering areas with ceiling fans. A rare opportunity to enjoy privacy, peace and panoramic beauty in every direction.
The Estate
Behind the private security gate, a quarter-mile driveway winds toward the main residence. The circular drive at the front entry offers ample parking, complemented by a three-car garage arranged as a game room and a two-car covered carport. The full-size basketball court enhances the estateâs recreational appeal.
Beyond the front garden, the main living space opens to floor-to-ceiling windows framing the pool and surrounding landscape. Generous seating creates an easy flow to the outdoor terrace and encourages connection throughout the home.
The formal dining room comfortably accommodates eight and opens to a professionally appointed chefâs kitchen, centered around a large island with seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, cookware, utensils, place settings, cutlery, and a selection of teas and coffees. A welcome tray with drinks and snacks ensures guests feel immediately at home. Private chefs may be arranged upon request. A spacious walk-in pantry and an additional secondary pantry provide storage, while the adjacent breakfast nook offers seating for six to eight guests.
The secondary living area includes lounge seating, a dining or game table, television, and a variety of board games. Two elegant half baths, a dedicated office with built-in desk, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board provide additional convenience.
Multiple access points lead to covered patios with ceiling fans, a fire pit, and fireplace. The views extend in every direction and remain unrivaled in their scope and beauty.
The Primary Suite
The primary suite lies behind floor-to-ceiling wood doors, offering complete seclusion. Beyond these doors, a hallway leads to a refined bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, and seating area. The ensuite bath includes a soaking tub, dual vanities, a makeup area with seated lighting, a walk-in shower with private steam room, and a spacious closet with ample storage. From the bath, guests may access a private patio with an outdoor shower.
Additional Bedrooms
A guest suite near the secondary living and game room offers a king bed, sitting area, elegant bath with soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet.
Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. One includes two sets of bunk beds with a trundle, sleeping six. Two others offer king beds and seating areas, each with peaceful views of the countryside. A full bath serves this level. A baby monitor and pack-and-play crib are also available.

4. Any outside amplified music must be preapproved by host.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for several cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
16. The pool is typically open from mid-April through mid-October, weather permitting. If your stay falls near the edges of the season and you plan to use the pool, please confirm the pool is open. It is maintained at 75°F during this time only. During pool season, if youâd like the temperature raised, the cost is $25 per degree, per day. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival to allow time for the temperature to reach your desired setting. The pool is not heated during the off-season and will be too cold to use. The hot tub is heated and available for use year-round. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool and hot tub remain in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so.
