Such a cute and cozy place on Siesta Key! The 3-bedroom home had 5 beds and 2 full bathrooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone. It was nicely put together, located in a quiet area, and had lots of room for parking. We also loved being only about a mile from the Siesta Key Village area!The host was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. We also appreciated the little extras provided, like soaps and toothpaste.A few coffee pods for the Keurig and some basic kitchen items like a toaster, cooking oil, or a few spices would be nice additions, but those are definitely “nice to haves” and didn't take away from our stay.Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place to lay our heads. The on property host gave us use of his grill and a nicely lit area to sit outside. We had a nice sized kitchen to make our meals.

Close to the Siesta Key, which was the main things we booked it, no laundry, limited kitchen supplies, noise level at midnight, lots of stores and places to eat,

There is a laundry, I am not sure why your review says otherwise- in addition, if there were any need for other kitchen supplies why was this not asked? I keep extra items in storage upon request as guests tend to snag items if all is given. Please update review.

Communicate your needs with the host/property manager. They are very responsive and helpful. Pillows are really soft. Just in case people need firmer pillows. They can probably help with that too, I was just too tired late at night to contact them.

Excellent location. Great host, Jessie, attentive to needs. Property was in need of some extra cleaning and supplies and that was taken care of right away. Would definitely stay again and tried to book for next year, but price had doubled!

This was the best rental value we have had. They have put a lot of work in to remodel. We had so much space. It’s just like the pictures and amenity listing. With trolley stops nearby it was great to get about the key. Just needs a toaster as next purchase. The host and property manager were both very responsive.

I realize this isn't an issue for everyone, but for myself and my family, we have a "zero tolerance" when it comes to mold & mildew. From the initial entryway/alcove even on the exterior of the building, it was quite clear that the place is moldy. The "itchy smell" of mold was immediate. And it continued into the apartment. Like, I said, not everyone is sensitive to mold, or maybe they are, but they don't actually know it's mold that's causing the puffy face when you wake up or the strange itchy feeling. For us, it was immediate, it was undeniable and it led to the puffy,crusty-eyed wakeup. If I were to take a guess, it smelled like the bottom floor experienced a major flooding event and it's impacted the whole building. So, for the price, it ultimately wasn't worth it to us. It also just wasn't that clean. Fridge was immaculate, but sheets and pillows were stained. We used a sheet to cover the dingy couch, and it was covered in what looked like old kool-aid stains. We could have booked 2 hotel rooms for this price and had an overall much better experience.

Rooms were spacious and the television is nice. However, if you are a stickler for very clean environments, this may not be the best fit. Linens could use a refresh; when stains remain after washing that should be time to replace as guests will wonder if they were washed right off the bat. There were parts of the bathroom that were not cleaned upon arrival, but onsite maintenance was responsive and we were able to coordinate a re-clean. Bring your own beach towels. A full-length mirror in the hallway would be a nice addition.

This property can only be described as "bare bones". It was very conveniently located and really did have everything a person could need, however the little niceties you get used to were not present. For example, there were two types of coffee makers but no coffee, filters, or pods. Available kitchen equipment was sufficient for the two of us, however again best described as adequate. Decor was truthfully lacking - not that it matters that much but a little would have added so much. All that said, the property manager was excellent and very accommodating. He was probably the best thing about this property.

Great reponse and very accommodating. Large and well equipped kitchen. Property needs to be updated. Furniture and bedding was badly worn. Carpet wad gross . It was an excellent price and location and quiet. It's on the 2nd floor. Be prepared to carry your thungs up the stairs.

This rental wasn't ideal for my family. the back yard wasn't cleaned up so we didn't want to hang out there. there was no sofa, and the entrance smelled like weed. the laundry room was around back and wasn't clean either. the inside of the rental was clean and meet our expectations. the host was friendly and helpful.

I am not sure what "cleaned up" means as it is the same yard as the pictures. There is a chair that easily folds out into the sofa- if the guest's concern was brought up, he would have been informed as such. There is a strict 'NO SMOKING" rule on this and the other units, therefore a guest's failure to comply is not the responsibility of the host, especially when no mention is made. The laundry room is on the exterior which is explained on the listing and in the pictures- this is not a surprise. This review is innaccurate and is to be removed by VRBO.

Host communicated that there was a double booking and offered me an alternative unit for one night for a discount (97 refund). I happily obliged but the alternative unit was way lower quality-studio apartment with a single chair and twin bed, an uncleaned toilet, half assembled chair in the living room and no hand or dish soap anywhere. I get into my originally booked Vrbo the next day to see it has been hastily cleaned (dirty floors, counters and shower floor) with a single towel in each bathroom and not even one washcloth in sight. Will not be rebooking....

No concerns were made clear to either host nor onsite manager and both were given the "all is well" impression and communication. A free one-day stay in another unit was given as a courtesy and again, no concerns were brought up or any indicator of such. In addition, no request for additional towels or anything of such was mentioned. This review is to be removed as it was not written in good-faith and does not align with the perfect 5-star reviews that it has.
